Exceptional work, service, and staff!
Our first encounter with Amy (Reliance representative) was last winter (2015) when my father's furnace broke, and in the dead of winter Reliance came to his rescue. Amy was there within 24 hours, and the install was completed within 48 hours of that appointment.
Naturally when our furnace broke last week, we called Amy right away. She was professional and helpful, and made the process easy and convenient (helping us save time and money). After providing us her advice, we made a decision on a new furnace and air conditioner, and the VERY next day we had 2 exceptional installers at our home to start the work. Mike and Matt were amazing. The job was extremely complex, however they were able to quickly and efficiently solve for the numerous challenges, while being personable and informative throughout the process. Not only were they able to get everything we wanted done in record time, but they went above and beyond to ensure that our set-up was far better than with our prior set up! An example of this is that they were able to clean up all of the vent piping that used to hang at head-level, to raise it above the venting and out of our way! Our basement looks so much better than it ever has! They offered phenomenal and flexible options to solve for some of the challenges our home presented; they were knowledgeable, and their service was top-notch. Because of Amy, Mike, and Matt, reliance has customers for life, and we will be recommending them to our family and friends!
