    Hot Water Tank

    Id like to compliment Joey and Jason for the excellent service they provided us on Dec. 29. We made a call on Dec 28 for an installation of a hot water tank and the next day like they promised were at our house. You have definitely gained a new customer who will refer all of our friends to Reliance.

    Hot Water Heater

    Tom was exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to get to the root cause of the water pooling that occurred at one of our rental properties. Very much appreciate the quality of service that was provided!

    Furnace replacement plus air conditioning install

    Great sales consultation when my old furnace died. Provided options I asked for regarding my quite old furnace replacement with a modern high-efficiency furnace complete with air conditioning installation. Would definitely recommend Reliance again.

    Furnace

    Excellent service from start to finish. Our salesman, Max, was extremely professional and very helpful and clearly explained everything. Installation crew were exceptional and helpful in all manners. Would highly recommend this outfit to anyone needing quick and professional help.

    Brandon came through yet again

    I have not met a more committed member of the Reliance team. Our furnace broke down. Within a half an hour, Brandon, a senior advisor was at our house, with heaters in tow. He has consistently been most proactive and supremely helpful in every interaction he has had with both my husband and myself. I can't think of any way he could have surpassed our expectations. He is an indispensable asset, which is probably why he is featured in the commercials! Brandon, You are beyond awesome and so diligent!!! We are so thankful to have him as our go-to person.

    Furnace and Airconditioner installment and contract

    Recently had a good experience with the customer service and installation process from Reliance in November 2022 but I have not received the promised $750 prepaid card at the time of contract despite waiting for more than 6 weeks. Attempting to contact the company has been unsuccessful. While the initial interactions with Reliance were positive, the failure to follow through on their commitment has left a bad taste in my mouth and makes me question their honesty. I am giving them 3 stars due to this issue

    Heating and Water Boiling System Repairs

    Very happy with the service. Super knowledgeable, very patient and friendly. Explained everything in detail, also gave us lots of good advice and fixed the problem.
