The 2 young men that serviced us was the greatest experience in customer service. They were professionals in every sense of the word, courteous, understanding,mannered, smiling and one can see they enjoy what they do and value their jobs . They apologized for being late so many times but we understand things can happen at one appointment which causes delays for the next ones. Again my compliments on their coach and to these 2 terrific young men who take pride in what they do .

Service man is very thorough. He knows what he is doing. Very polite and gives advise of what should be done to continuously maintain the unit including the humidifier. I would like him to service my heating and cooling every year.

Overall great experience with Reliance. The installers did a fabulous job and extremely pleased with their attention to detail. They care about their quality of work and customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend.

Called Reliance and got an appt. for next day . Person on phone was very polite as always. Phil (plumber) was right on time and quickly set about determining what repair parts were needed, including a moen cartridge and a new fill tube (both parts on his truck) . In a short time Phil had fixed my toilet and kitchen faucet as well as tightened the handles on bathroom taps. Phil was courteous and very professional . I would highly recommend Phil to others.

Our plumber Phil was friendly and knowledgeable about the repair required for our toilets. He was accommodating and made the repair using the parts that he had. He was considerate, and I appreciated that he used shoe covers in our house. Finally, he made the repair in much less time than I expected, and explained what he did and why he did it. Great service!

I had my hot water tank upgraded today. Miguel, the contractor, was excellent. He was punctual, polite, efficient and very helpful. He answered all my questions. He also explained in detail everything he did. I was very happy with the service and would recommend Reliance, and Miguel, to anyone.

BEWARE! Fast talking sales reps - He was in one evening, wrote up some numbers on a brochure - quoted me a monthly fee for a 3 years PURCHASE with 2 incentives. The installation started next day and they were awesome, however, I just got one of the incentive payments 7 months later and the other doesn't exist any more so I'm waiting for a cheque from Reliance to honour it. Finally got the legit paperwork after asking several times and it's now a LEASE agreement for 84 months with residual, etc!!!! THIS IS A NIGHTMARE TO ME !!!!!!!!!!

I am very pleased with the prompt service from Reliance in particular Nicky the first responder to my problem when I called, then Cody who showed up exactly on time and last Wes who came early and did a great job of installation and patiently explaining everything to me. Reliance would have received 5 stars except for: 1) Putting me off twice when I felt a new water heater was needed before it began leaking all over the floor. I was being pro-active. Reliance was not. 2) The complicated menu options when help is required- way way too many options before speaking to a human.

Installers put their tools and supplies on top of our bed and dressers, opened a window in the basement with no screen (was left open for 3 days until I went to check how all the moths, mosquitos and other bugs kept getting in the house), crew was not friendly. Office accidentally had us down for renting a furnace (only was renting AC unit), tried to overcharge so I called to set out account straight, they still took extra money out of my bank account. When I called again they apologized and offered to send out a refund check. Overall not impressed with the entire experience. When our water tank needs to be replaced I will absolutely not use this company.

Replaced my rented water heater yesterday morning. By the afternoon the new tank started leaking. Technician "fixed" the issue, apparently a faulty valve. This morning the tank is again leaking, the third technician said the second technician should have vacuum the water which had accumulated at the bottom of the tank. Well, the tank is still leaking a FOURTH technician is now trying to fix it, it is now a valve problem.?? What a nightmare....how many technicians from Reliance does it take to properly install a tank.. A very unhappy customer
