Replaced my rented water heater yesterday morning. By the afternoon the new tank started leaking. Technician "fixed" the issue, apparently a faulty valve. This morning the tank is again leaking, the third technician said the second technician should have vacuum the water which had accumulated at the bottom of the tank. Well, the tank is still leaking a FOURTH technician is now trying to fix it, it is now a valve problem.?? What a nightmare....how many technicians from Reliance does it take to properly install a tank.. A very unhappy customer

Ken and Joe came this morning to put in the furnace.... They put rugs down so not to dirty the floor... They were very nice and work didn't take long... They cleaned up all the mess they made, put everything back in it place in the basement... He explained to me what they did and how it work and where the filter was .... I am very satisfied with Ken and Joe, good job guys... A very happy customer.....

I had an old AC and Furnace and I was thinking of replacing it but it wasn’t urgent. The reason I want to replace the unit is not only because it’s age but I see the air in the house is not fresh and I don’t know why and nobody could give me an answer. Few months ago I had an issue with water heater and Chad from Home Relaince came and fix the issue with the water heater with no time and told me you furnace and AC is taking the air from the basement not from outside and I was thrilled with his comment because he answered the question that I had for years and he told me Relaince has lots of good programs for new AC and Furnace and he mentioned the rent program and I was interested. Few days later Darryl came and he explained to me in details what options I have and prices for each option, the prices he gave me where reasonable. I decided to postponed the idea for the meantime until next year maybe. A few weeks ago my AC starts leaking in the basement and I called Darryl and I told him my issue and he recommended me to replace the unit because it’s old and I will have more issues in the future and totally agree with him so he came next day and gave me a very good package and the installation happened next day by Shane and Victor, they were very professional and the new unit is so so quiet, I installed Rheem . I am so happy with the service and the people I dealt with.

Arash Setayesh the repair technican is very helpful and patient in diagnosing the issues that I was having with the newly installed tankless water heater. In addition, he has also discovered and pointed out another issue related to the furnace that was also installed yesterday by the installation crew from your Company. He tackled both problems effectively and efficiently by taking photos of the areas that weren't installed correctly and the part that required attention, and he reported to the install supervisor and arranged to have the installer come out the next day. Very impressed! (though the installers who did the installation yesterday deserve some night courses tutoring)

Reliance serviceman arrived at scheduled time, was pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable. Explained the various things that were checked and serviced. Answered all questions I had. Provided promotional material. Very pleased with his work.

Trevor and Gary were a great install team and very friendly and professional. Everything was done quickly and the quality of the work was A1. Highly recommend Thanks again guys

Mark Cooper did a great job at a reasonable price. Did the job in one day with no mess or fuss - excellent. The original quote was too low in cost but Mark got the company to honour the original quote and saved us a few hundred dollars - sweet.

Needed the AC fixed this past summer--quickly! Spoke with Jeff Parsons, Reliance Rep, and decided to rent both units. Jeff was very knowledgeable and considerate, and has followed up on several occasions after the installation. The installation itself began and ended at the appointed times, and was very professionally handled. My only concern would be the timing of the rebates promised. Almost 2 months later, and nothing has arrived yet. Still, I would highly recommend this company, and their service packages.

My air conditioner needed a leak detection completed and fixed. Tim Terpstra was our installer. He was very Profesional and explained what was needed and what he was doing through out the process He was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend reliance home comfort and Tim Terpstra!!

Put in new high efficiency system. AC stop working after less than 2 weeks. Called for service could not get service until next day which is totally unacceptable given they just installed it. When service call was booked they could only provide a timeframe within a 5 hour span, again this was not helpful. Finally, they said they would follow up and set up the audit appointment for the rebates, we also had to initiative a follow up here.
