    Installed new furnace and air conditioner

    A master technician and professional all the way. Mostafa called before arriving at the promised time. Himself and his assistant removed my old equipment and installed a new furnace and air conditioner. Mostafa answered all my questions, his work was clean and exact and they left my property as neat as they found it. I would confidently recommend this company to any one seeking professional service.     Hot water Tank Repair

    We called Reliance very early on Saturday morning because the water in our hot water tank wasn't heating. Cold showers are never fun. Unfortunately the earliest service appointment they could provide us was late Sunday afternoon. That seemed too long to wait for a repair on an appliance that we lease from Reliance that includes a service contract. When Wes C, their service technician arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the water tank. The service was done quickly and correctly. Wes C was very knowledgeable, personable, and represented Reliance extremely well.

    Tank Repair

    I am apparently not allowed to use employee names but this man was awesome! You know who you are (SD) Mr. Bald-Man! He was a pleasant member from your company and engaged in small talk to give more than just a repair! Long story short, the service was amazing and Mr. Bald-Man is a legend.

    Furnace & Air Conditioner

    The service was excellent, starting with Jeff Rendall right down to Heroes Heating & Cooling. I would recommend Reliance Home Comfort and Heroes Heating & Cooling, very professional in attitude and work.

    Service Call

    My air-conditioner broke and I called Reliance for service on Saturday of the Civic holiday weekend. Did not think I would get a tech the next day. Andre came by today, he didn't have the news I wanted to hear....however, he provided me with solutions as to what I could do. He took the time to ensure that I understood what was needed for my air and furnace. Thanks Andre!

    Not Happy Waiting To See If They Make It Right

    I purchased a new AC unit based on the warranties and service. They were not the best price or the brand I was leading to. Warranty and service made me make the purchase. All the people I dealt with were polite but seemed young and not experienced. This should have been a sign. The unit they installed less than 24 hours is not working correctly and efforts to have this resolved have been challenging. I am hopeful they will make this negative experience right. UPDATE A service tech showed up at my home a little later then I would of liked but I accepted the reason why. He checked out my system and explained that I was working my new AC to hard and I needed to adjust what I was doing and gave examples of what to do. He was concerned that I was told it could do what I wanted. Sales error, but over all I think things will work out. Service was why I bought the unit and I have received receive.

    So disappointed

    Finally decided to upgrade our furnace and water heater and work scheduled for today, with technicians arriving between 8am and 11am andit being a 3 to 4 hour job. They arrived at 11am and finally left at 8pm! Shoddy, poor workmanship and aircon not working tonight. Temp inside my house is 30 degrees and at 11:32pm there are service alarms going off and tech support is closed till 8:30am tomorrow. NOT a good experience so far with Reliance :(

    Furnace & A/C replacement

    The guys showed up ontime, worked non-stop through the day, were very pleasent, respectful, and professional. Work was very neat and tidy. FIVE STAR JOB! Am so happy reliance and their service team are there to help.

    Quiet fast clean!!!!

    Great job Lucas and Dana from seasons change mechanical! Hartley knew they were there. Install new furnace and air conditioning all in one day! Neat clean !! Thank you so much Lucas and Dana for a wonderful job!!

    Air Conditioning Repair

    Reliance agreed to repair air conditioning between 10 am and 2 pm when this lapsed they claimed tecknician was delayed until 3 pm this went on over 4 or 5 phone calls until a tecknician arrived at 730 pm this tecknician claimed to have been notified of the call at between 6 and 7 pm. It was also stated that Reliance has a habit of delaying calls to people that do not buy their insurance. Due to the lateness of this technicians arrival repair was not completed, though the full amount was billed. Its over 90 degrees in my home and Reliance knows I have to agree to almost anything at this point, yet still chose to leave the repair uncompleted until allegedly the next day. It is my position that when Reliance agreed to the repair they incurred a duty to do so in a reasonable time. They used delay and the temperature to make my family extremely uncomfortable and then mentioned that if we had bought their insurance they might have got to it sooner. Reliance obviously is engaged in pressure tactics to sell there "protection" along the lines of a gang with the idea of {well maybe this would not have happened to you if you had bought our insurance} being very obvious.
