    Hot water tank replacement

    I woke up and discovered the hot water tank was leaking. Lucas and Dana from Seasons Change Mechanical came and inspected the tank and came the next day and replaced it. They went above and beyond, cleaned my floor when they were done, were super friendly and were quick. Great job!

    Furnace, Air Conditioner & Hot Water Tank

    We decided to choose Reliance and the Home Comfort Advisor, Tom, is a professional and likeable representative. He gave us alot of help and was good to us. Our air conditioner, furnace and hot water tank, air cleaner and humidifier are now 5 days installed. We are very pleased with the workmanship displayed and the work ethic of the installer. This man worked very hard without any complaints even though his assistant called in sick and this made for a very long day, I felt bad he was doing the work of 2 people. The work was professional and he cleaned up everything completely, he took care to protect our property plus he was pleasant. Everything we have been using so far, is working fantastic. The equipment we have used so far and the installation and the two people we met are all good!!

    Tankless water heater installed

    I had a tankless water heater installed in my home. Lina Alviar Was fabulous. She informed me Of a rebate available before installation. And then called me back twice to help guide me through the process of getting the rebate after installation.

    A/C - Heat Wave!

    Called & booked appointment to have my A/C repaired, service man came out & did not resolve the problem. Called again, another service man came out and advised that he would have yet another service man come out to have a look. The 3rd service man took the time to determine what the issue was, ordered the required part and thankfully was able to get my A/C working again. Considering we were in the middle of a HEAT WAVE, it was not the most comfortable experience to go thru.

    UN-Reliant again.

    Once again, despite paying for a double home-comfort plan for over 3 years (2 systems) - Reliance did not show up for a scheduled and confirmed appointment. I had scheduled a follow-up AC repair because the tech did not fix the problem the first time week ago. So we have been without air conditioning for 2 weeks and Reliance customer service cannot even get in contact with anyone to determine why they did not show up and what they can do about it. Time to cancel my business with Reliance and find someone else who is....reliable.

    Heating and Air Conditioning

    I recently purchased a heater and A/C unit and the advisor helped set everything up for installation. I'm in sales and marketing and I have to say she is one of the most professional and people-oriented individuals I have come across. She was in no-way pushy and was more focused on making sure I had all my questions answered and was perfectly comfortable with the purchased. She took great care to also help me understand all the technical components of the system as well as the efficiency therein. I asked some really technical questions and she answered there quite well and demonstrated she was quite knowledgeable. She was there during the installation to ensure everything was installed and she went out of her way to get me the cover that was missing, which was on Back-order previously and delivered it to my home. Exceptional service! The installation team was incredibly professional and resourceful. The found several workarounds related to putting the proper piping without cutting any drywall. The system was installed and completed in the allotted time without hassle. I would highly recommend Reliance to anyone.

    Furnance and air conditioning

    These guys use unqualified 3rd party installers, they don't honour agreements nor do they do their due diligence when resolving client issues. I've had their service installed for close to 10 months and I'm still dealing with issues related to the initial install. If fact I'm working as their administration team to resolve problems that they created by not following their process.

    Air Condition Install and Service

    I had recently purchased an AC unit and coil from Reliance. The install guys were okay. they showed up late not a big deal. I recently had the ac unit freeze up. I had a dirty filter which cause the unit to ice up. i called Reliance on the hottest day of the year to come and fix the problem. They were there the next morning at 7am to help me. Alexander McCow was the tech on site. He was very professional and on time. He was not able to troubleshoot the unit as it was frozen. So he set up another appointment for me later that day. Gabriel Fazzola was the next tech to show up @ 4pm to help me get the ac going. He was very professional as well and on time as well. I can't thank the guy's over there enough for all the great service in my time of need. My sale guy Darius Chichgur was a great help as well. And last but not least Brandon Vaters Operation Manager, Service. He was the one that made this all happen to our family's joy and relief from the heat.

    3 days of sitting at home all day and counting

    Thinking of hot water tank from reliance? Think again! I paid $500/year for last 6 years to have rinnai tankless water heater rented so that if it breaks - the company will show up and fix it. today is 4 days and I do not have hot water yet. I took 3rd day off today out of 4 waiting and sitting like a prisoner in my own home unable to leave and they were going to be here at 10 am - no show - no call either - when I call they say they will be here in afternoon. 2 days ago it was exactly the same story - I waited at home all day and clearly I was last priority not first. Want same experience when things break? go with Reliance.

    hvac tech home visit

    The tech was polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable. Couldnt choose a better face for the company than Randy H. Im very happy with the service and the result. I would gladly recommend reliance home comfort.
