AC Repair
I had called reliance on the 12th of July 2016 to have a service representative check on our A/C and I was tentatively scheduled for a service the following day, 13/07/16.
The service representative was prompt, and able to fix the problem in less than 20 minutes.
The problem was a lose wire that the representative, Stephen Member #2981, had just tighten. And voila! The AC fan turned on!
Reliance charges a $99+tax for diagnostic fee (which is fine), but what I don't get, how and why I was charged a Level 2, another $208+tax for the service that did not require the representative to dismantle my whole furnace, nor use any parts or replace any wire at all.
So I had called Reliance the following morning to dispute the charge and spoke to Tammy (Member ID # 4522) a customer relations case manager and gave me nothing but attitude. She was unreasonable. I had explained to her the situation and even had asked her to "Read me" the Definition of LEVEL 2 as written on their reliance Repair Level guide and told me that she doesn't have the definitions with her and that the price is firm as is.
I had recommended Reliance Home Comfort to at least 3 friends whom all have purchased AC and Furnace through them. But after all this dissatisfaction I had received, NEVER AGAIN!
