Great service, was in and out and know what they were doing. Fix water pipe leading to water heater so house hold can be leak free and back to pay what we are suppose to. 10/10 thanks!

Brad & Rob from Nauss did an excellent job. The job went longer than they expected and put in the hours to make sure that it was all complete before leaving. Very professional and courteous!

Tim came out and fixed our air conditioning unit today. He was very polite and professional. The job was done very quickly and he got us up and running just in time for the hot weather coming for the next two days. The repair would have cost over $300.00 but we fortunately had the home comfort package so it was free.

our water heater was leaking and they came out and fixed it. Mark was friendly, knowledgeable and we appreciated him coming out. we love the peace of mind that comes with Reliance Home Comfort, from Keswick :)

Called on a Monday to make arrangements and Wes C came on Friday to replace it. He was very friendly and did the job in a timely manner. No mess, no fuss and all cleaned up. He took the time to also show me how it works - a newer model w a starter for the pilot light. Very pleased.

First of all would like to thank Jarred Doucette "our home comfort advisor" for setting up our home with the perfect air conditioner. You are incredibly easy to work with and you know your work. Within 3 days we had the air conditioner installed just in time for the heat wave! Shane and Victor our installers were so polite and friendly right from the moment they arrived. I booked an appointment on line for AC installation quote and sales person Jordan contacted me within 24 hrs. he gave me all details what I needed to know and I was impressed. After checking with some other companies decided to go ahead with Reliance because of Jordan (Another company sales person was rude when I started asking questions about their product). Installation technicians Shane and Victor was smart and knew what they were doing. The project went well and after explaining to me all important details system started and noise of the running unit is very low(Goodman DSX16 2ton). Overall they did a good job.

I moved into a new home and within two weeks (of heat wave) the A/C unit died (it was 16 years old so not too surprising). After calling Reliance they had somebody out to look the next day and seeing what needed doing got me a fair quote for a new unit and install. Tim came out to do the installation and did an excellent job. He was friendly and informative as he explained the entire process and answered all of my questions. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the results are top notch (my house is cool again). Tim provided great service taking the time to explain everything and make sure that I had a solution that would truly work for me and I thank him for that.

Great technical support and advice, courteous and friendly customer service from Chris DeGouveia. Excellent value delivered as part of the annual maintenace plan and peace of mind knowing that cooling and heating are worry free.

Marcel, Shane, Adam and Rob were great, job looked great when they were done and they had some issues to deal with, adapting new equipment to existing duct work and original house construction. Furnace area was cleaner when they left then when they got there.
