The Sales Representative was very knowledgeable and informative in reliance homecomfort products and services. Sales rep was awesome and helpful! I'm very happy with the service I received! I would recommend anytime!

I had Wes come out to do an hot water tank instal. He was polite and pleasant. He called before coming and explained his plan of action. He did a great job! The only reason I gave them an 8 was because booking the appointment was a hassle and there was some miscommunication on my original appointment time.

This is a company that is great at trying to sell you new items…but their service is terrible. Months of issues with huge technician errors, very poor team communication, and a resolutions department that is completely unhelpful and not willing to honour contracts.

Good install by Rob H. and Antoni of NLS, difficult situation, the equipment being replaced was 44 yrs old and therefore took extra time. Not to mention it was 30+ degrees that day. The end result is a new furnace and AC. Installers left the place clean and removed all debris - which there was a lot of. Everything seems to be working well, especially the AC. Also very good customer service, and prompt responses from sales representative Jayson N. Informative, and to the point, he walked us through the process making it a painless experience.

I am Satisfied with the installers. They were quite efficient. Wish the salesman would of explained the full details like that the monthly rental is locked in only for 5 years and may be more after.

Our AC unit was old and needed replacement. From quote to install finish the service was above expectation. The service men were polite and did the job in a fast aND fluid manner.

Just renewed out rental for the AC and furnace. Love the sense of no worry services. Great working with Bill again, he gave us a great deal on the new equipment. Thanks Just had the new system installed by Dan and Andrew. Very good work by these technicians. Clean install and answered any of my questions. Good indoctrination on how the new system works. furnace install was very professional all lines and pipes were secured very well with cable ties and runs were as straight as possible all seams were well taped and installers were very informative when asked questions

Rob and Tom were rockstars. Had an issue getting the AC unit to the backyard (door was too small) and they found a solution. They were very friendly and courteous. Couldn't have had two better guys to install my new furnace and AC units. They are the best out there.

AC was not working we had bought warranty within same day someone came to look at it furnace motor was ordered and changed the next day. A day later once again the AC wasn't working and i called in for a service call, within an hour we had repair man Andre Dyer out to assess. Andre was extremely polite and professional and very caring. Within 20 min of arriving he figured what the issue was (a loose wire)and reconnected the wire. He took the time to explain to us what his findings were. Now AC/Heating works excellent. Thank you Andre and Reliance for your excellent customer service.
