My old air conditioner wasn't cooling the house, so I called Reliance Home Comfort. The service technicians explained about the leaked Freon and what it would take to repair. They gave me an estimate right away which helped in making a decision to repair or get a new one. Based on the charges provided I decided to purchase a new one - from Reliance. The Reliance sales person was a bit condescending but I had done my homework, and made sure he was quoting a fair price. Their 10 year warranty was also a motivating factor in deciding to purchase from Reliance. The service technicians who came to install were very professional and did a very good job.

Technician Dan Spooner replaced the tank in the most professional manner I have ever seen. He did the complete job in less than one hour, answered all my questions intelligently and courteously. This man knows the true meaning of customer service. A true asset and excellent ambassador for Reliant.

May 29th the service was great, although he thought he cleared the condensation pipe an hourafter he left there was water around the furnance. I called next available appt was May 30 7a - 11a no technician came told I did not have an appt I have the email confirmation, next avial appt June 2 7p - 11 p, recieved call at 10pm unable to fullfill appt next resch June 6th 4p-8p I am unable to run a/c due to water very upset with this company I should be resch for following day since they could not honor appt. Would never agree to another service plan.

I got a very good deal. The agent they sent, Andrew McMaster is well experience at what he does. He took his time to explain to to us, therefore enable us to make the right decision. The air conditioner and funace was installed today. I am very happy with the crew members that did the installation. Looking forward for a lower monthly payment from now on

I would like to take this time to thank everyone involved in this transaction. I found the Home Comfort representative Scott's friendly approach and complete knowledge of his products made choosing a system very easy and in a very timely fashion. I did understand that due to circumstances beyond their control I had to wait 5 days for install. However, Scott did keep on top of this situation and was constantly checking on any cancellations to expedite this matter. The installers Dan and Sean were so professional and friendly. They set about their tasks very quickly and ensured that before leaving their working area was very clean. I would highly recommend Reliance to anyone seeking the need of their products.

Really impressed with Reliance from our initial consultation to the final installation which all happened within 7 business days. They did a great job installing the compressor outside and running everything back to our furnace through a difficult bulkhead. They even took the time to update some poor wiring to our thermostat. Highly recommended!

Next day quote aftercomleting request. Terry was very friendly and explained all the details. He was able to have the unit installed a day earlier than booked. Roger and Trevor were excellent on the istallation process. They arrives on time, were very courteous and professional.

Our AC was not working when we bought our home. Our home was extremely hot. I called Reliance Home Comfort and rep Andrew McMaster came he was very polite and friendly. I asked a lot a questions and Andrew answered every one in detail. He explained everything about how the cooling systems work and how much we can save in the future I am very impressed..Excellent service

Our rental hot water tank stopped working so I called Reliance. I was told that the earliest they can be here is in 4 days. This is their equipment that isn't working. I found someone else who can be here tomorrow.

We had a furnace and air conditioner installed on 29 April, 2016. The team of Trinden and Dustin showed up promptly at the time that was arranged with the sales person, Trevor. They gave me an overview of what they were going to do and an expected time of completion. Trinden and Dustin then started preparing to bring everything into the house that they required to complete the job. They laid down a mat in order to ensure floors were not dirtied and went to work on the installation. Updates were provided to me during the installation and explanation of how everything worked was given me at the completion of the installation. Trinden and Dustin were very professional in every aspect of the installation and easy to speak with if I did not understand something they were doing. I would definitely have them back into my house again should I require any work on my furnace and/or air conditioner.
