Glen Bersuk was our Representative and he was awesome. I would recommend Glen in a heart beat. He is friendly, knowledgeable, intuitive and patient. He guided my wife and I through the purchase and installation. We are very pleased with our new furnace, tankless water heater and air conditioner. The only regret we have is not having it done sooner.

my parents had a water heater that would not keep the pilot light lit and had called reliance four times since January of this year. The two workers who serviced them today were very respectful, courteous and friendly. My parents are elderly and these two did not take advantage of them which I appreciate as I worry immensely about them and couldn't be there with them. Their names are Tyler V. RCH 2659 and Brett E. RCH 3026. Also every time my mom called reliance customer service the girls on the phone were excellent as well. Kudos to reliance for this customer service! My rental water heater started acting up. I called the 1-800 number and held for 1 hour with no answer. So, I went online and booked the appointment. Next Morning, Josh W. (from Durham) called me to inform me that he was on his way. Josh more than made up for my annoyance of a 24/7 hotline that doesn't work. Josh was professional, through and did a fantastic job. Great job!

Just wanted to say that Josh Z, the service tech sent from Reliance was just awesome. His customer service attitude was second to none. He was super helpful when our hot water heater was leaking and we needed a replacement. He deserves 5 stars and the company only 4

prompt and excellent service. very professional. Adam Walker(technician) came in, diagnosed the problem and got the job done in less than 30 mins. answered all the questions i had and was very helpful. took the warranty before and saved $800 for this service.

No hot water on Easter Saturday! Service was provided within 2 hours. It turned out to be my sump pump that was throwing the fuse in my panel. The service rep, Phil, helped me identify the problem and also spoke with my plumber on the phone to give his impression of what was happening. Although this was not a Reliance problem, the rep really took care of me. Thank heaven for dedicated and honest service people

We have been considering upgrading our water heater to tankless for some time. Having looked through Kijiji and craiglist for people/companies offering competitive monthly rates, Reliance proved to be well in line with the most competitive rates available. Booking an appointment online was a simple enough process and Andrew McMaster, the Reliance rep, showed up exactly when agreed. Unlike most of our experiences when attempting to find a service, there was no hurried, pushy sales effort. Instead, Andrew proved knowledgeable and confident of his opinions, giving us information that was relevant to our concerns, and best of all, he set up the installation appointment exactly for when we needed it done! All in all, we are extremely pleased with how things are going so far.

One employee, Mario Cirelli fixed our furnace after an ice storm despite the roads being frozen. Great attitude and quick response, reliance responded to our call in less than hour on the same day.

Repair Technician: Sahil Our Flowmax Water Heater broke down last night, early morning. Cold air was blowing from the vent. Technician Sahil showed up in few hours. He found out that along with valve, pump motor is also broken. He called parts centre right away and they said they were closed and there is only one part some where else. Sahil made an effort and went him self to pickup parts and repair bad pump motor. Sahil has very profound knowledge of water heater. He is a gentle and kind person. Thanks Sahil, In this wintery cold weather, you didnt let my family sleep in cold. God bless you
