    Furnace

    The installers Trevor and Mehul did a fabulous job installing my new furnace. They were very professional and clean even putting out a red protective carpet throughout the house. The sales rep Denis Desmarais was very knowledgeable about his products and he guided me to the perfect furnace for my home. He showed me how the new features on the furnace would save me money on my energy bills. My house is warmer than it has ever been and the furnace is so quiet we hardly ever hear it. I will definitely recommend Denis and Reliance to all my family and friends.

    Reliance Mississauga

    I was looking for a new furnace and called reliance because of an add i heard on the radio. I have never dealt with reliance in the past but they definitely have my business for life. The sales rep Matt Constans was great. On time, professional and super knowledgeable. He zoned in on my needs and wasn't pushy at all. I have to say i am super happy with reliance and Matt. I would highly recommend asking for Matt at reliance if you need a furnace and AC.

    Service

    My furnace stop working and producing heat. Its winter and -11C outside. I contacted Reliance Home Comfort. The phone customer service agent provided professional customer service and had a technician at my door within 20 minutes. The technician was excellent, courteous and professional.     SERVICE

    I have a monthly plan with Reliance ,within two hours after my call complaining that my furnace was not working Adam Walker the service technician got the furnace working. Thanks Adam.

    1520 harwood drive

    So it all started when I emailed with inquiry to have waterless tank heater and info on my air conditioning so I was setup with Bruce Hamilton who was and has been upfront and honest with the whole deal from the start so we decided we would go above and beyond and get everything in the home replaced with new furnace, air conditioning and a waterless heater. The next day 2 guys came who were amazing and installed our waterless heater and on they went now Friday morning comes and here we go so first instead of ringing the door bell and saying hey Reliance here my dog start barking alerting me that something is happening outside so I go out and there is Tom 3042 walking around my property and then he says oh sorry I'm with Reliance. After about 10 minutes shows up the Reliance work van and they begin there work which went pretty quick for a new furnace and ac install. Not to mention all the damage they did to my home outside and inside now dealing with Bruce about the scratched walls and broken flower pot outside. Saturday morning system runs seems good at this point happy then Sunday start wandering to why our windows no longer have water build on them when 3 years now we did so I go check out the new humidifier which was given to us and it's not setup correctly wow here's an installer who after 14 years with company Jeff 1023 so he said forgot to test the unit to see if it was functioning properly, so that made me wonder I immediately text my advisor Bruce and he said I call you Monday with that not being good enough For us we called customer service and within 1 hour came mark r Rch 1823 he rightaway says 1 your nest isn't wired to run new furnace and he couldn't believe that Jeff 1023 wouldn't have checked that so we chatted and my 2 year old daughter liked he him that's how friendly he was so he then checked humidifier and like I thought no water going into unit so not tested just installed horrible service Jeff 1023 and Tom 3042 after that he went above and beyond and was curious that the high and low gas output probably also wasn't setup so he tested it in front of me and nope it neither wasn't after that we checked the toggle switches on furnace motherboard to see if the 2 stage end of furnace was setup and it wasn't so he configured that too and off he went and now everything is running like it should have the only issue we have is that about 5 walls are damaged from taking old furnace out and broken well stepped and crushed flower pot and where they drilled outside they never cleaned up also in basement we have 2 foldable chairs as spare seating to guests well 1 chair was place behind furnace like we never would have found it with 2 dirty boot prints on it so it was used as a step ladder I'm sorry but doesn't Reliance have the money to give installers a step stool like wake up horrible customer service and still waiting after email Bruce regarding the damages to see where we going with that that's all would not recommend Reliance home comfort to anyone as long as Jeff 1023 and Tom 3042 work there thank you

    Hot Water Tank inspection

    We had a flood in our basement, and had a service call through Reliance Home Care come out and inspect our hot water tank! They were amazing, fast and efficient! I would highly recommend Reliance Home Comfort.

    Furnace Broken - Failed heat exchanger

    Our furnace stopped working on Sunday night. The house temperature was down to 12 degrees Celsius by Monday morning. I called Reliance Service at around 10:30 a.m. A service call was set up for 2:00 p.m. Bill P. #1786 called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He tested the furnace and explained the process to me as he went along. Unfortunately, the heat exchanger had failed and the furnace was tagged as infracted. Bill provided me with all the information that I needed and made an appointment for me with Amy Anderer, Home Comfort Advisor for 5:30 that evening. Bill's experience was very much appreciated.

    Mr Ken Hill Tech home visit and hot water tank service

    I had a hot water tank heater realted problem and I booked and appointent , it was quite fast. Thank you Mr Ken Hill for your help and professionalism today. Execellent service. Suleyman

    Wow , great service

    I replaced my water heater and gas furnace, the job also included relocation of the gas furnace. The pricing was very reasonable and the service was simply awesome! installers were very knowledgeable , and extremely helpful

    new furnace and air conditioner

    Our furnace died yesterday just when the weather decided to get cold. From the call for help, to Craig, the service technician, to Daryl the sales guy, to the installers, Matt Brant and Nick Gucciardi, the service was amazing. We had a technician within 2 hours, a sales guy within an hour and full installation within 24 hours. All of our questions and concerns were answered honestly and we weren't sold something we didn't need. Given the fact that our furnace broke in the middle of winter, we were faced with a horrible situation. All involved made things so much easier. Would not hesitate to recommend this crew to anyone.
