Adam Groves and Rob Lalonde came to change our water tank to tankless for Reliance Home Comfort. They were courteous, careful and respectful. They did an excellent job and explained the change over when completed, answering all of our questions and some we had not thought of. While here they noticed a smell outside our house and asked permission to check into it. They took the time after they had completed their assigned work to investigate a potential health danger for us. They correctly diagnosed the problem with our furnace that was emitting a dangerous amount of carbon monoxide outside. They immediately checked all rooms in our house for us and advised us to call our furnace supplier. We didn't suspect anything as our furnace is under a year old. Our good fortune is that Reliance Home Comfort sent two very knowledgeable, compassionate, caring employees who used their own time, equipment and expertise to make sure we were safe. My furnace and air conditioner required replacement and I contacted Reliance. Wow! Was I ever pleased with the workmanship, pleasant and knowledgeable staff and the speed at which the job was completed. The salesman, George, showed me various options and helped me choose the best deal. The men who installed the furnace, air conditioner and accessories did an outstanding job in a very short time. John, Ryan and Kyle were so kind and made sure they never left any mess behind. They laid down sheets on the carpets and worked the whole time they were in my home. The new display control switch was clearly explained to me by John and George. What an outstanding team of workers! I certainly will recommend Reliance to all my friends, relatives and neighbours.

We rent our hot water heater from Reliance Home Comfort. A copper elbow above the heater started leaking. As the pipes were installed by them initially, I called Reliance to fix it. The phone rep told me it would likely require a plumber and I would need to pay for it myself, however, would send one of their repair staff to confirm. Within 2 hours of my call, Colin R. (employee#: 3269) was at our home. He not only was very polite and thoughtful (even wanted to remove his shoes just to go down to our basement), but very attentive. He took one look at the elbow and said it was a 'plumbing issue'. However, he said he would fix it anyway---free of charge. Not only did he spend over 20 minutes replacing the copper elbow above the heater, but then repaired another leak that he also found. He then made sure everything was working fine with the heater before he left. He even cleaned everything up after himself and actually wanted to mop up our floor which had become wet from the leak. Talk about going beyond the call of duty! Naturally, I was left with a VERY positive image of Reliance. We were considering on purchasing our water heater at Home Depot and cancelling our Reliance contract. But after the experience we had with Colin R. we will stick with Reliance----if all their staff is like him, it is worth every penny. Its peace of mind! I hope Reliance reads these reviews and rewards Colin for his quality service. Good staff like him should be rewarded with positive reinforcement. Thank you, Colin R.

Called Reliance home comfort for furnace service under our warranty program that we pay for monthly. James the service agent was here within an hour and fixed problem immediately. James was courteous and friendly, he also noticed another problem he ordered a part for and will install when arrives. great attention to detail. happy to recommend Reliance home comfort services.

Moved into a home with original furnace (25 years old) and water heater (15 years old). Had Reliance & another company come in to quote. Had a new HE Gas Furnace and new AC system installed quickly and at a great price that matched the competition. Both the sales guy George, and the Install team were fantastic. Very professional, great work, and walked me through all the features of the new units. Would recommend again to others.

Donna, her services was very greatly appreciated. Well explained about the service needed on my new furnace and air conditioner. Her time explaining things to me was awesome. She had 72 Degrees installed my units. They are also great workers. They are organized, clean and great with their jobs. Donna, you are The best!!

Recently had a problem with our tank leaking. Called the hotline and had a tech there Sunday. He was great and when I asked him about changing to a tankless system, he had me set up right away. Install happened Wednesday and couldn't have gone smoother. Thanks Brad Signed, Satisfied customer in Brantford!

I live in Mattawa, ON. A Tech was sent from Reliance Home Comfort Artica from Northbay, ON. I was treated respectfully. And received excellent service. The Technician took the time to explain things. I was very happy and comfortable with the Service. And would use them again.

As advised by Laurier Leblanc, I contacted Jeff Rendall at Reliance Home Comfort, Whitby Office on a Sunday morning for advice to get my furnace replaced ASAP. Jeff explained a few ways to get the furnace and guided how to get the furnace in a way that is most economically beneficial to me. Then he organized to get the furnace installed on the next morning. He personally made a follow up visit while the techs. are installing the furnace. I am very much satisfied with the excellent professionalism Jeff demonstrated and have no hesitation to recommend him to my family and friends.
