Dave Masters from Reliance Home Comfort is a true professional who is honest with customers. While dealing with my mom, who is a senior citizen, he took the time to ensure she was comfortable and understood everything that was going on as we moved from the quote process through to the installation day. I would definitely recommend him. Lovely, honest man.

I was first paid a visit by Reliance rep Murray Stark. He clearly explained all my options in terms I could understand. After I made my decision, Mr Stark then went into the basement and took measurements for the installers. Mr Stark gave expert advise and I felt fortunate for his advise. The installers showed up on the day and time I asked for. They efficiently and expertly installed my furnace and air conditioner. When they were done, one of them explained everything to me about its operation. This whole installation from Murray Stark to the the installers was handled better than I could have expected.

About two days ago my water heater had started acting up (making noises) and had stop supplying our household with hot water. I contacted a private professional to come investigate immediately. He had showed up the next day and told me that the cost to buy a new water heater would be extreme since our basement had been finished and there was no access to the water supply unless you took down most of the dry wall and located it that way. I then contacted Reliance who was more than willing to come the next day, investigate and fix the matter. A worker named Fred J #2962 showed up early in the morning, happy and enthusiastic to help us out. Doing the whole job BY HIMSELF, which looked like a two man job took him very little time at all. He was able to provide the exact service we needed and much more. After installing the water heater, he was kind enough to give some advice for the heater and what to do with it in the future. I am more than pleased that we were able to have our hot water back especially with the cold weather coming. It was a plus to have such a kind-hearted, enthusiastic and hard working gentleman come to our house and provide us with these services. I would highly recommend renting water heaters and using Reliance as your service provider.

WE MET WITH RENALDO WHO WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US. HE HELPED US WITH FINANCING AND WAS ALWAYS REACHABLE IF WE HAD QUESTIONS. THE INSTALL WAS DONE WITHIN 2 DAYS AND WERE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND WORKED CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE. THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING STEP BY STEP.

Great service from sales and from service. Quite satisfied. Our sales rep Suzana was great and even came after the job was complete to make sure everything was done correctly.

The sales lady, Betty Burton, was excellent, even giving us a $200 Visa card when the appointment times to complete the installation were repeatedly changed because of in-house training. The installers were very professional and friendly and did an excellent job of cleaning up and explaining everything to me: no complaints. On a side note, having just moved into our house with an old water heater, I wanted that checked out for efficiency and Reliance sent someone out for free.

Not the cheapest in town. But good service very quick and clean on installation. I went with the company because of warranty and long term service. They also handled the government rebate that I have not received yet but that's not the companies fault. Overall good job from sales to installation.

The salesman (Dean Timphrey) was very knowledgeable. We were starting a renovation project in the basement and were interested in having the work done relatively quickly. Reliance was spot on - appeared the next day and got the job done. Our contractor was impressed with the quality of the work. At the same time, we also had one of the hot water heater specialists review the existing system and needs. I believe his name was Martin and if I am incorrect - my apologies. We decided to go with a tankless system - and that is due to be installed tomorrow. The quality of the sales staff for Reliance has been superb. The installation was located in the London area - though the review says Burlington??

Great equipment. installation was contracted out and turns out incorrect install caused moisture issue which triggered alarm on thermostat. Been over a week since diagnosis. Still waiting for correction of issue

We purchased our very first home and unfortunetly found out that the old clunker of a space heater was not doing its job to properly heat. I called up Reliance and had the pleasure of working with Andrew Power. We went over all the possible solutions for heating a home with no basement or place for a furnace and found that upgrading the space heater to a higher efficiency unit would work best. Andrew went out of his was to search for the perfect unit that would work with the gas set up we had. Now I know I'll be warm this upcoming winter!
