    Wow ! What a company that Keith singer killed it with great professionalism and speed

    Keith was friendly with a domineer we could trust and hes workmanship was above and beyond il definitely be calling reliance again asking for Keith.

    Buyer beware

    Buyer beware this company does not care about the customer experience. They advertise emergency support but dont actually provide. We are currently renting a water tank from them. Its been validated by two Reliance technicians that the wrong tank is in our home and its not a Combi unit (which is in our agreement) and therefore not capable of supporting our in floor heating unit. This has left us with our infloor heating running non stop since May. Its been 4 months, reliance keeps telling us they are going to source a tank, but have yet to do so. We also rent water treatment tanks from them, but still have the water problems the tanks were supposed to fix. They are refusing to take the tanks back or acknowledge they havent fixed the problem by offering another fix. They have missed appointments, installed refurbished equipment they claim is new and continue to gaslight us. They dont care about customers or your experience. They just want a signed contact, once thats signed they dont actually care if your equipment works or if they provide the level of service outlined in the contracts.

    Water heater leak

    Awesome experience. Technician was extremely friendly and efficient!! Arrived on time and completed task in a timely manner.

    Maintenance service

    Maintenance service with reliance has helped us keep up with our furnace at the end of our furnaces life. Keith was very knowledgeable and gave us confidence in what we could expect from our furnace in its final years. Monthly maintenance fee.

    Air conditioning

    Everything went as per discussion, so far no issues. I got air conditioning installed. Installation crew was great

    Very bad customer service

    Very bad customer service. Customer Service representative's are not willing to listen to me and they keep on transferring me to other Department not even mentioning to which Department i am getting transferred or keep me on hold (line got disconnected). I do not want to go through this hassle. I would like to cancel the service Monday as their department is closed over weekend. Issue: I called in to take Plumbing protection plan with them in September. The sales representative told me that he could give me 3 months of free plan if i sign up for Heating and Cooling protection plan. so first 3 months i will be charged only for plumbing and not for Heating and Cooling protection plan. I agreed to it as winter is around the corner and he provided me all the details and quoted me the final price. I agreed to the quote and my profile was setup over the phone. Today when i called in to get the plumbing work done, they say that i didn't sign up for plumbing and they say I am only have Heating and Cooling protection plan. How could that be? I asked them to verify the recording of my conversation with the sales representative during sign up. They were not willing to check the recording and say the notes on my profile doesn't talk about Plumbing and asking me to signup again and service will be activated 21 days later. How can I wait for that long. Why should i wait when the mistake done by Reliance sales rep.

    Water Heater Repair

    Water heater stopped working (no flame) on our rental tank. Reliance setup a visit for next day. Techs were overbooked and showed up 3 hours after the 4-hour service window. Gas valve & control unit were replaced, and the cold-water inlet shutoff valve was replaced ($25+tax). The techs were polite, apologized for the delays, and did clean work. Great service team in the field but the call centre and scheduling departments have room for improvement.

    Furnace Repair

    I had a pleasure of having Phil from Leamington fix my furnace. He was kind, efficient and explained everything to me thoroughly. Would request him specially again if for some reason I need repair, however after his work I dont think Ill need another repair!

    Furnace Check

    I received exceptional service from Randy at Reliance. His work was thorough and complete. The appointment was to have my heat checked. In addition to checking my heat, Randy also adjusted the belt tension, fixed my filter that I had placed in wrong and even had a paint brush to clear any loose dust. Randy also balanced my ductwork. Randy was very friendly & professional. I could not have been more pleased.
