I have to be honest & say Adam Walker, a senior Service Technician did a tremendous job on fixing my Furnace. I called him with an issue that it is not working. He is right on time and found the issue in 5 mts and got the parts and fixed it in 30 mts. Nice work Adam.

Had problem with the heater so called Reliance Home comfort and their technician named Gabriel Fazzolari had come to repair the heater. He was so perfect in his work that he solved the problem at a glance and also explained the reason for the same

Our system broke down because it is too old. I was not entirely surprised when I was told the heat exchanger is not good anymore. So we went for a new system. Reliance sent Protect Air (an independent contractor) to my place. Honestly I had some concerns because they are not Reliance's own people. However, Sep did a brilliant job. We installed a new furnace, a new AC, and a tankless water heater in one day, everything works as it supposed to. Sep is very informative, answers every question I asked. Place left clean.

The furnace was out and Steven came in and checked the thermostat which had a bad connection. He then checked the furnace itself including the humidifier and replaced the filter. All of this was done quickly and efficiently and to my satisfaction under warranty which is why I have given a representative cost.

Advisor Ken was very helpful and assisted us in replacing our hot water tank even though he was not scheduled to work. Wonderful person. He changed my perspective of Reliance Home Comfort for the better.

Had Randy (team member 1776) come in for a furnace diagnostic. Very professional, quick, and courteous service. Checked out our furnace and determined that it was our thermostat that was done with (drat!). Clarified pricing options and made sure we had full knowledge of our options. Thanks!

I woke on Saturday without heat. Tried finding a contractor locally - no answer on the 24/7 line. I was already renting a water heater from Reliance, so I thought I'd try them for the diagnosis and hopefully repair. When I bought this summer, the home inspector flagged the furnace as near the end of its life. It turned out that the repair would have been over $700 and I would have to wait for the part to come. Reliance sent a rep to scope out a new furnace, and he arranged for the installers (Protect Air) to come on Sunday. They had the new furnace up and running by 2:30 pm after working over four hours to install it. Neat work, cleaned up, and nice people too.
