    Hot water heater

    Annual maintenance for furnace under home comfort plan.

    Paul, the service person, called first, came promptly and concluded the work very efficiently. He explained what he did and that everything was fine. Paul was very professional and courteous.

    furnace & a/c service

    Bruce M. #3158 did the annual service on our furnace and air conditioner. He arrived when we expected him, did the service quickly with minimal disruption to our routine and satisfactorily answered our questions.

    hot water heater replacement

    Had our rental hot water heater replaced on a weekend in less that 15 hours Ryan(3316) showed up on sunday morning at 11am and we had hot water two and a half hours later. He did a great job.

    Furnace, A/C, & tankless water heater

    Jamie Lanys came to our home on a Saturday to provide a free inspection for possible re & re water tank with a tank-less water heater. After proposing the benefits of Reliance Home Comfort, we decided to upgrade the furnace, a/c, and water heater. We were going to purchase units outright, but the Reliance rental package with annual maintenance was the best choice for us. Jamie made us feel valued and represented his firm in a very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly manner. He explained all our options, and answered the multitude of questions I threw at him; and after everything was said and done, I feel comfortable knowing we made the right choice signing up with Reliance Home Comfort (Mississauga). Install was scheduled for 3 days after making our decision. Job well done, Jamie!! Thank you.

    Air conditioner

    Air conditioner went down on Saturday evening. I requested the service on Sunday morning - was promptly scheduled on Sunday morning by Reliance. The technician, Adam, called with in few minutes and was at the site in 30 minutes. Fixed it by replacing the faulty capacitor. The Reliance C.P.P covered the cost for the plan. Great service and friendly customer support.

    Gas water heater

    I would like to thank Rudie Lemus #1474 for his excellent work getting our water heater back up and running so quickly. He was tidy, polite and very friendly. Cleaned everything up, left no mess. If I have any other problems I would be happy to have him back into our home.

    Installation of new furnace and air conditionner

    My a/c unit stopped working and I wanted to investigate the cost of having both the furnace and the a/c changed as a package deal. I saved $1,000 and couldn't be happier with the representative that came to my home, Bill Wright. In addition, Dan and Aryn came to do the installed. They worked well independently... I was able to carry out my work without any interruptions. My house was immaculate when they left. They took the time to explain the thermostat... The service was fantastic!!!

    Jason Misnar Team Member 1824 was great, friendly hard worker and knowledgable. Great employee

    My experience started off not so good. Intake could not get it right. 3 techs later, Jason got it fixed and installed the right unit. Intake needs to communicate the right information to the guys in the field. The field guys all of them were very understanding and great to talk with on my problem. Thanks Frank Montgomery
