Bill, Wes and Adam arrived at my home on time yesterday morning, they worked really hard and were very polite and professional. I had a new Furnace, an AC , and a water tank installed in just 7 hours! And when they left everything looked neat and tidy. Thank you so much guys for the great work!

Lance Y (#3327) did a great job replacing the broken component on my water heater. He also pointed out another issue with a leaking valve and fixed it on the spot. Very happy with the service experience. All repairs we done under protection.

James L #2881 performed a maintenance check up of our furnace and air conditioner as part of our service contract. He was friendly, courteous, helpful and informative. He phoned to say he was on his way, arrived within the estimated time frame for the maintenance service call, and was efficient and went the extra mile with his quality service. I am in Garson I don't know why this review states that I am in Burlington, Garson is in the City of Greater Sudbury. I recognize another review about the same service provider that also states in error from Burlington. There is a glitch in your system!

Jon P. and Ryan R. (#1771) completed the new furnace installation and removed the old furnace. They are complete professionals with such extensive knowledge, it was a pleasure to deal with them both. They took the time to properly answer all our questions and explain all the equipment to us. We would recommend them to everyone, amazing experience.

Mike N. #1681 was such a help to us on a Sunday when our water tank stopped working. We couldn't believe how fast he showed up to help. He was hard working, answered all my questions and careful in my home. Since a new tank was ordered, we also had Steve service us and was also polite, careful and helpful. I had water on my basement floor and was pretty sure it was coming from the water heater. Ryan came over, confirmed the tank was leaking and needed to be replaced. Then he did it. I've rented water heaters from Reliance in two homes, over 16 years. I'm seriously considering the maintenance plan for the furnace and AC. I swear I'm not a shill. I'm glad this company can take care of this stuff for me, and that they do it so well. Thank you Ryan!
