Marcel B. and Brad did an excellent job replacing my old central air unit, with a brand new rental unit from Reliance. They also installed a new condensation pump, and got rid of some of the water tubing on the floor of my basement. Everything was expertly done, both inside and outside.

I cannot say enough positive comments about Matt Froemehen (employee # RCH2402). He was on time, polite, explanatory in answering all my questions and completed the job in a speedy manner. I would certainly recommend friends and neighbours to ask for him my name when requiring the services of Reliance.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!! I will be needing a new furnace soon and actually considered Reliance, after this fiasco with my hot water tank ... NO WAY ... I called originally to book a service call, guy came out and said he fixed it, billed me and even asked that I go on line and tell people how great he was. Well a few hours later ... no hot water ... called in again ... second guy came out and told me he fixed it for sure this time ... guess what ... NO HOT WATER ... guy comes out a third time ... now he is going to fix it right .... surprise .... called Reliance office yesterday and tried to book a service call, I was told no appointments until Sunday morning between 8-1 .... are you kidding ... They have come out 3 times before and did not fix it and now i have to wait until Sunday morning/afternoon. Do they purposely not fix it right thinking that i will call again so that they can keep billing me. ... "We're not comfortable until you are" .... that's the Reliance slogan, definitely false advertising!!!

Gurmeet did a very fantastic job in fixing my water heater . He was very patient in trouble-shooting the source of the problem. And he showed good customer service. Much appreciated.

I made the call to reliance, booked a time with the salesman and within 24hrs poof!!! AC!!:-)) the project went very smoothly and took exactly as long as I was told it would. Thanks again!

I've had Paul Wrobel come by twice now for routine servicing and he's been a real pro. He's offered me advice that's been very helpful and fast, clean and friendly....a star. Thank you.

The guys Alex and Josh were great installing the new furnace and a/c unit very friendly explaining the things they were working on and how they worked . Very nice install cleaned up after them selves and then explained everything again to me and how to work the thermostat and the various settings ...... Very polite guys and they done a great job .... Thanks

Hot water tank was not working and showing an error. Ringo Lau from Reliance came first thing the morning of the issue and repaired the tank for us. He was polite and very efficient. Tank required multiple part replacement and he had the parts and was able to have my hot water back very quickly. Great service!

Had home service plan. Said $2800 to fix, not covered under plan. You may as well buy new. "Here's a coupon". I got it fixed for $300. No apology given.
