called reliance to fix gas leak on hotwater and furnance. they were Fast, efficient, friendly, provided detailed steps. Repair men Joe Green and Rob Mitchell were professional, clean and respectful, did I mention fast! I really appreciated how they advised me of what is being done to help put my mind at ease. I will be asking for them by name again if I have a problem. Great Work guys! I've never had a problem with the company in 5 years of service.

This was our annual furnace/AC checkup. The technician, Tim Terpstra did a very thorough job of checking everything both inside and out and was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what he was doing and why. I believe this was the most thorough checkup we have had to date. Very much appreciated.

Josh Wynne came over tonight to fix my water heater as we constantly ran out of hot water. We had to keep resetting the WH every other day in order to get hot water and it would only last a few showers. He came, assessed the situation and figured out what was wrong and replaced the part. He was professional, courteous and we were happy with his service. I wish it had a place where you can rate the technician instead of having to rate the company. My 5 star is clearly for Josh's service on behalf of Reliance. Thanks Josh

We are a small business and have a rental AC unit which is not cooling the place because the installer placed in a wrong place.Despite to our repeated requests no solid action has ever been taken to fix the problem and no responsible officers has ever returned our call for an update. Now the unit is also leaking due to improper drainage. Though I have been calling and leaving the message to some whose name I do not want to disclose no one ever called me back.

Matt RCH2842 and Dan rch2097 did a great job installing my new system. I am extremely happy with how quickly it is cooling my house compared to my builder grade furnace. My son suffers from allergies and coughs at night. Since installing the new system not only does it do a great job at keeping us comfortable the HEPA system also has stopped my son's coughing. As a test we turned off the system for a couple of days and the coughing came back. We turned it on and he slept through the night (we all did). I can't explain how thrilled we are! Thank you Reliance!!

Thanks to Jason who arrived on time and explained the possible reasons with my Furnace not starting up. He analyzed the situation carefully after doing some tests. Resolved it quickly and efficiently to my satisfaction.

WE HAD NO HOT WATER ONE NIGHT, CALLED AND TIM FIXED IT IN NO TIME THE NEXT MORNING. HE WAS FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND VACUUMED WHEN HE WAS DONE. THANK YOU TIM.

We had to get our Rental hotwater tank from Reliance replaced.. Seeing the one we had the Pipes Busted and making a Huge Mess!!!! After Calling the 1-800 Number We had someone here with in 1hr! Thank God!! He was So nice and understanding really respectful!! We Would Most definitely Recommend them to you guys we have the Central Air Also with them Great Company! definitely

Water heater needed replacing so I called support and the person I spoke with was very nice and helped book an appointment that was convenient for me. The technician, Ryan L, was very professional, knowledgeable, quick, and clean with the work he did. He did and excellent job, double checked everything, and answered all questions I had. I was very happy with the work performed and would recommend him to anyone.

I had a furance and central air unit installed november of 2014, I have had two exhaust motors replaced so far. When the furnace is running all i hear is whistling coming from the filter area. I was told by one tech that there was nothing i could do about that. So basically i had to put up with it. The other problem is the central air never cooled my house all summer, i have had a tech out to my house 9 or 10 times now i have lost count. I have asked them each time if this unit was big enough for my house. Finally yesterday the tech agreed with me. My credit period is almost over and i will have to start paying monthly payments and i DO not want to pay anything considering the problems i have had since last november. If i do get a good response or alot more credits i will have this company remove their units and go with someone else.
