    New HVAC System Install

    Had Alex P, technical expert #1328 out ensuring our new Carrier Infinity HVAC system was balanced correctly. Outstanding response time, 60 mins or less and Alex was outstanding. Very polite, respectful of our home and resolved our concerns immediately. Thank You Alex!

    Hot water hearter

    Thank you Paul W #2060 for finally fixing the problem that I've called reliance ten times over 7 years! You were awesome! My tankless hot water system was running out of hot water after 10 minutes and nobody could figure it out until you did. Two thumbs up. Two thumbs down to Reliance who took seven years to fix the problem!

    new furnace

    We paid 4515 on February 28, 2015 for a new furnace but until now, August 18, 2015 the installation still not completed. It failed city inspection months ago and we phoned your Calgary office almost every week, but nobody come to repair it. Please tell us when can you finish it and get it passing the city inspection!

    Hot water tank

    My water tank blew ...called to get a water tank set up for a rental got it installed and still have no hot water. They change a part in the pipes and replaced with another part which in turn does not work now they tell me it is my problem to call a plumber they don't do that. This is a crock because I watched the technician take it off and replace it. Not happy what so ever. This is day 3 with no hot water. Now they tell me they have to investigate and I need to wait for someone to call me. If I knew then what I now now I would have never gone to reliance and I will never recommend them to anyone. It says please make your comments helpful, reasonable and truthful....this is as truthful as I can get. Now I have to pay a plumber a ridiculous amount of money to fix this issue not to mention after hours charge for this...I am one unhappy customer but to late for me to do anything about it.

    water heater

    WROST CUSTOMER service just want to confirm some account information. we used over two month and tried to call customer service. HOWEver, noone can help and wait over the several time on the phone.

    Service water tank

    We were not getting hot water. We called Reliance at 10:00 a.m. and they said someone would be there between 12:00-2:00 p.m. James, Team Member #2881, called around 12:20 and came within 10 minutes. He introduced himself when he arrived. He checked the water tank and let us know it is a plumbing issue. He was very polite and professional. He clearly explained everything. Thank you James!

    I had a new furnace, Air condioner and tankless water tank installed

    The subcontractors who put the equipment in left with my side door of and discarded. I recieved a call at 11 pm from my mud guy who claimed that his tools were TAKEN. He has charged me with the cost to replace. When I contacted the company I was given promises, and more promises. After 2 months still am waiting for a call back. The gas company shut my gas off until the furnace people corrected mistakes with the installation. Surprise I moved into a home where I had no hot water or gas, And what has reliance done....Came in turned my gas on and said that I can use everything. What you guys don't feel the simple things that the gas company wanted needed to be done? And guess what still haven't gotten a call. I had to move out of my new house and stay elsewhere and eat at restaurants because of your guys mistakes. So far I am out $$ and no one at reliance gives a care... BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.... WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE...IN FACT I WILL MAKE SURE I TELL EVERYONE HOW BADLY I HAVE BEEN IGNORED

    Installation of heating/cocling system

    Joe Eckert was friendly and great at explaining the program, happy didn't have to buy out right, able to rent. Vince the installer was very good, basement finished so they had to make holes in ceiling, covered them nicely, cleaned up the mess. Came back within hours when A/C not level and fixed. First check of furnace, the fellow was quick and answered my questions. Overall, quite satisfied with service. One complaint and not about service, I don't always receive the bill in the mail.

    AC installation

    My new AC was installed on July 27/15, during the heat wave. The new unit would not cool my home below 26 degrees and would sometimes still get as warm as 31 degrees. So, for the following 10 days, I almost had a technician in on a daily basis to assess what the problem was. Each technician came up with a different theory as to what it might be, and would tell me they did this or that to fix it and that all should be fine from that point forward. But it still continued to not cool properly. Finally the last technician found a piece of debris clogging a drain hose, which with the removal of that piece, has made it finally work. But it STILL does not work as well as the unit that was in place prior to this new one. I know the technician said there is insufficient surface area on the existing coil, and this is a common problem with high velocity systems like mine. What I don't understand, is why did it take so many technicians to come through my home on so many days (all of which I would have to stay put for upto 4 hours window), before one was finally experienced enough to find the problem, and be able to explain further why it is still not working at it's best capacity?? My bedroom level is still far too warm and I have to sleep with a fan on most nights. This should not be the case after having a brand new AC installed!

    furnace &air & water heater

    I feel there could have been more communication from the sales rep. We had asked for one furnace and the furnace was supposed to have a humidifier, the price was some what higher than other quotes, I asked if they would price match, they did but the furnace was smaller than I asked for and no humidifier. I called the company to get things straightened around. I feel there was to many phone calls that were not needed on my part. The installers are great, there are very friendly, they know their job quite well.
