    New Furnace and Air Conditioner

    Bill Hopkins was prompt and very knowledgeable about the services we were looking for, although he tends to talk for long periods of time....(our appointment ended up taking almost 3 hours) he was very courteous about our needs and our budget. After our installation....(the installers were very professional and friendly) we had an inspection, something was found that did not meet code; the installers came back to replace it right away and still showed their professionalism and friendliness! We had an overall positive experience.

    Tankless water heater

    I had problems with my tankless water heater and Chris was at my house to service it in less then an hour! John S. and Andrew came back the next day to replace it, could not believe how polite and helpful they all were and the response time blew us away!

    Water heater repair

    Ken was friendly, arrived the morning after we called and fixed the problem in a timely manner. We were very satisfied with his service. We would definitely recommend Reliance to others.

    Tankless water heater installation

    Reliance Technicians did a really great work,They were punctual,polite and did a Professional,Clean and Fast installation. Especial Thanks to Bruce and his co-worker for an amazing job. Thanks reliance home comfort!

    Water Tank

    We had a problem with our hot water tank, called Reliance and had Matt show up the same night. He was very friendly, showed great customer service, and was very knowledgeable about our problem.

    Furnace and AC unit

    We bought a house that didn't have a working central AC unit. We called Reliance and Joe Eckertt, came by to show us what was available. We also learned that our "2007" furnace was actually a lot older than advertised and was not efficient. Joe found us an amazing package for both furnace and AC unit. He was very helpful, and friendly. We have been enjoying our products for about 18 months and have seen a big difference in our heating and AC costs thanks to our very efficient products. I was pleased with the time it took to install, and the installers were very professional and helpful in answering any questions. Thanks Reliance for providing such great products and excellent customer service.

    I would just like to say that our Sales Guy Bill Hopkins was amazing the service we received from him and the products installed were 'more than we could ask for he was amazing!!

    Full A/C / Furnace System

    We installed a new system in September of 2014--full system, both furnace and A/C brand new, top of the line. We have had nothing but issues since then and service on the phone and at our home has been mediocre, no one sure what to do until Rick. Rick stayed for 2 hours to ensure that things were running to his standards, not just working for 20 minutes before running away. The only reason Reliance even gets 1 star is because of Rick and the phone call I got to rectify the situation. To get a phone call, however, I had to go viral and post complaints on the Reliance Home Comfort Facebook page. It shouldn't have to come to this. And a brand new system should not require monthly, if not bi-weekly house calls. If anyone before Rick had taken the time to see that the initial install was wrong, we would have avoided 11 months of headaches. Clearly there is a lack of respect for the customer's concerns and a lack of integrity in the work being done, generally. I wish I could have our old, even if "inefficient" system back. This replacement deal has been regrettable at best. I hope that we have resolved this issue now, thanks to Rick.

    furnace/AC

    I am very satisfied with the service the 2 young men did for me.They were very efficient and thorough and did clean up the mess when they were finished.I would highly recommend there service to anyone.They never took much of a break or lunch that they should have I think.They deserve this.Thanks to them both for such great service.

    Central air

    Andrew was very helpful with the central air replacement purchase and finance options. The installation crew were prompt, efficient and accommodated my request for change of location for the a/c unit.
