    Furnace Installation

    After being told our furnace needed replacing, Home Comfort Advisor, Andrew Power, came in and told us exactly what would be done and what rebates were available. All information was very much appreciated.

    My husband and I were very happy with the service from reliance. Our service agent was running late but he called to let us know and was very professional and efficient.

    A/C Repair

    Reliance keeps timely appointments, has fair pricing and polite service people. Today Grayson efficiently fixed a problem with our Air Conditioner. This was much appreciated on a hot day !

    New Furnace & A/C

    We were pleased with how quickly Reliance handled the replacement of our A/C and furnace, esp during this hot weather. Our Home Comfort Advisor, Gail Garbett, was very knowledgeable and walked us through the steps involved. My only critique is that if the client wants to pour a cement pad for the A/C unit, then make sure you get an accurate size of the unit before you pour the pad. Otherwise we are very happy with the service, installation and followup.

    Air Conditioner Coil

    The replacement of the coil under warranty undertaken by Laurier was very good. The work done was of a high standard and received a follow up call by the Technician to check progress which was well received. But the lack of communication between the control centre and the call centre was confusing and caused me to have 5 visits by different technicians and I lost two half days and one full day loss of pay. This is a management issue. I will be happy to share my experience with the management so that their current procedure can be improved.

    New Furnace / Air Conditioner

    Had Reliance put in a new furnace and air conditioner in May. Old one was 25 years old but still worked great. The new equipment worked well until 2 weeks ago. Unit keeps freezing up. we have had techs come at least 4 times in the last 2 weeks to try to fix. second last time Jason said that he thought he had it, would like to have seen the specs a bit bettter. said that if if froze again they would have to replace a part. Well the next gay it got it down to 74 degrees then started to rise, called in again. Jason came again and said that he was going to order the part and hopefully it would be in the next day (friday) it is now Saturday almost 4 pm and we still have not heard a thing. It has been 2 weeks now that our brand new air conditioner has not been working properly. and the hottest 2 weeks of the summer. this is NOT acceptable!!!!!!

    Service Water Heater

    I called at 2:30 PM on July 30th because the water heater was not working properly. I was told someone would be there the same day betwee 4-8 PM. Sheldon, Team Member # 3058 came at approximately 5:00 PM. He was very polite and informative and fixed the hot water heater within a few minutes. He knew exactly what to do. We are so grateful to have hot water again. Thanks to Sheldon. We would welcome him any time.

    Furnace and AC

    We have had our heating and hydro cost significantly lowered - we are enjoying a comfortable temperature in the house at all times without worry about whether or not the equipment will work - this is the greatest move we've made to date - we would recommend that everyone take the leap and enjoy the great service from Reliance

    Furnace & Air Conditioner Install

    Purchase: Jayson did a great job of explaining my options and finding the right equipment for my home.Good followup also. Install: Bill W and Wes R are a fantastic team! They were here at the agreed time, started immediately, and completed the work smoothly. They were courteous and cleaned up after. They made the process almost painless!

    Hot Water Tank

    Philip sirek came in and fixed our hot water tank in a timely manor. he was also very kind to us. when he realized he didn't have the parts he needed he went down to south Oshawa and got the parts without delay. he was also done and out of our house within forty five minutes. I recommend Philip to anyone else who needs repairs done on their hot water tank.
