Having had several major problems dealing with Reliance customer service , I needed to replace my furnace and A/C equipment. I contacted them and explained my issues and that I was NOT happy. I intended, after over 40 years with this and the preceding company, to take my business to a competitor.
After several communications, I have totally regained my faith in this company. They have made an extreme effort to compensate for their failings and I have had the equipment installed in a timely, efficient and satisfactory way.
I have had excellent service and support from Rick G, a sales advisor who both listens and exhibits integrity. I have also had a positive response and help from Matt S, operations Manager, and Paul W, advisor.
The installation specialists, Bill W and Wes R, were outstanding ! They were so professional and hardworking. They were careful and respectful regarding my home and did their utmost to leave it in a clean and minimally disturbed condition. I was amazed at the lack of disturbance and frustration that a job of this size might have caused me.
I am truly grateful and now hope that my trust in the company will be maintained at this level since I am now a very satisfied customer.
