Recently, our air conditioner stopped working. We called reliance to have them come out and take a look and help us figure what our next steps were. I can't begin to tell you how impressed we were with the service that was provided to us. It was absolutely outstanding and we are so grateful. The original service technician fixed what appeared to be the problem, but, we quickly learned that it was more complicated then original thought. As soon as reliance determined that we needed to replace our entire unit, they set us up with someone to consult with. Jennifer Shapira became our advisor and we can't begin to thank her enough. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied. She came to our house the night we discovered the problem to consult with us until 10:00....simply outstanding. She then ensured that we had our knew air conditioner installed prior to the weekend. The next step was to have both our air conditioner and furnace replaced. The service technicians, Jeff RCH1023 and Howard RCH3037 also exceeded our expectations. They worked late on the Friday of the long weekend. Just as they were about to leave, I pulled up. They turned off their car, came back into our house to ensure that myself and my husband knew exactly how everything worked. The were so pleasant and friendly. In a world where so many companies are lacking in customer service, this company clearly recognizes what's important.
