Had a problem with the hot water tank. Armin came from Reliance. He resolved the issue quickly. He is friendly, knowledgable and came on time. Super satisfied with his amazing service!

Off to a bad start with initial replacement by sub-contractor. Took a bit, but Reliance corrected and made it better. Installers Bill W and Wes R were very professional and competent with their work. Reliance should be proud to have them.

We called Reliance to have a leak in our heater. Jake Stasuk came within the agreed time and provided quick service. He even took the time to explain how the process works, so now we have a better understanding of how to handle and maintain our heater! Thanks!

Hot water heater failed yesterday. Didn't really know until I got home after work. Called and a tech was there within 2 hours. James L. was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. Had us back in business within a half hour!

I would like you to know that the service person 'Tyler' was extremly professional and courteous. He explained the issue with my water heater and after installing the new one, explained how to operate it. He left the area clean and tidy. I couldn't have had a better experience.

This is the first time I had to call Reliance for service on my rental unit. Josh Wynne was amazing. He was polite and very professional. puts on slip on things on his shoes to protect my floors, when he's done he lets me know), friendly(always has a smile on his face and very polite and personable) and informative(advised me on what I can do if something were to happen to my unit and advise me on what he is doing while working on the unit). Its so rare to really feel good about service company's these days but this one stands out. I would definitely recommend Reliance! I rarely write reviews for service - only when it is outstanding. In this case outstanding only begins to describe the work that was done at my residence to repair my AC. Both Ryan H. #1882 and his partner provided professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly service. They even left their work area cleaner than when they arrived. Truly exceeded my expectations. It is because of these 2 individuals that I will be recommending Reliance to family, friends and colleagues. If only more companies had individuals with such an outstanding work ethic. I called Reliance Home Comfort and had same day service. Bruce M was amazing as he diagnosed the problem and was able to remedy it very quickly. We are very happy with the service and quality of technicians!
