My hot water tank failed. I called at 8:00 am, was told that I would have an appointment between 1 and 5:00 that day. A serviceman by the name of Josh Wynne arrived at 2:15. He was polite and replaced the necessary parts to get my water heater going in half an hour.

Heqiang was very friendly and did a great job servicing our furnace. He was professional and very caringI I would highly recommend Reliance home comfort services from Richmond Hill. Thank you so much to Reliance Home Comfort for providing a product and service that is so trustworthy and to Heqiang, who represents them. We cannot thank you enough.

I had an emergency with my hot water tank not functioning properly. I called Reliance at 4:30pm and a repair tech was on scene by 6:30pm. The tech was very professional, very friendly (my toddler was following him around "helping") and very informative with what was wrong and how it would be repaired. My issue was resolved within a half an hour! I would highly recommend Reliance and especially my tech, Josh Wynne! A+ service all around!

Working with Scott getting all the information about the product and then everything scheduled was a absolute pleasure. He was very professional an friendly as well with many helpful suggestions. The two installers Ron and Keith went out of there way to make sure everything was installed to perfection and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we where comfortable and they also had many suggestions on some other equipment in the home. I would highly suggest all three are management material and total professionals.

Joe P was very professional and efficient. Our water tank had a leak and needed to be replace. When Joe arrived, I advised him I was on a tight timeline and he replaced our water tank with time to spare.

Lina from Reliance Home Comfort is exceptional in her service. We needed to replace our furnace and Lina helped us to get an energy efficient furnace that fit our budget. Everything was handled so timely and efficiently. Lina is very caring and professional and she answered all of our calls so promptly. Even on a Saturday evening when we called she answered right back and was so helpful and encouraging. A new furnace is a large purchase and she understood our financial situation. She was able to assist us to make the right choice that fit our budget. She is a remarkable person in her knowledge about the products and her dedication to her clients. Her kind way with us on the phone and within our home really helped us to trust and know that everything would be O.K. Lina has since been available to us just as promptly and caring as ever. Dave Masters was professional and courteous. He explained Seer ratings and walked through all the forms etc to obtain the maximum rebate. Installation was quick and on time. After the installation Dave followed back up to ensure all went well. I would definitely recommend.

On Sunday June 14, 2015, Philip Sirek came to service my water heater. I commend Philip for his supreme service and kindness. He went "above and beyond" the call of duty. Thank You Philip.

Jill Taylor was excellent. From the sales to the installation she walked us through everything. Jill even came the day of installation to make sure everything was right. I would highly recommened Jill to any one needing a new furnace and air conditioner. Jill was Great.

Quick, knowledgeable, service to get our hot water back up running. Jamie Wynne presented himself well and obviously knows what he's doing and made me confident that we'd have nothing to worry about. He also explained the other plans Reliance offers for furnaces and a/c units which gave me a better idea of what I need to go with. So far, as a new client, I am very satisfied and hope that continues in the future. This work as covered under our tank rental and that was ideal!
