    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    The installers were very professional and on time with the installation. They were clean and neat and overall did a great job. they didn't have enough materials to finish up and took a little longer then they said to return to finish but overall good experience.

    yearly service check

    Always shows up on time and gives us a phone call just before their arrival. Never do more than they have to and always clean up the area before they leave.Make some good recommandations which help us save some money very happy with the service

    Hot Water Heater replacement

    Ryan Clancy (1808) and associate Tyson removed my old water heater and installed a new one on May 28/15. They were very punctual and handled the process in a professional and efficient manner. They went above and beyond the call of duty! Paul C

    A/C and furnace

    And a brand-new furnace and AC installed we had a big rainstorm on the weekend and totally flooded the basement out due to poor installation of the exhaust pipe had a service guy come in and told us that it was normal !!!!!! tried to blame the roof when it was clearly the pipe the pipe was not even secured properly A lot of our stuff got ruined

    Air Conditioner - Carrier

    Darius Chichgur from Reliance home comfort visited my home and offered us a quote for new Carrier brand air conditioner. The quote was very competitive and very reasonable compare to other service provider. He was friendly, polite, honest and very informative. He listened to our concerns and what was important to us. He very well explains us about available rebates. He mentioned that Reliance does all the necessary paperwork for rebates. He was fast in replying to all of my follow-up questions and was always kind and professional. The installation was very prompt and completed next day. They were very professional. We are very happy with quality and service provided by him. I highly recommend Darius and his Reliance team!! Thank you!!

    furnace repair

    last spring we bought a furnace from your company the contractor you sent seemed as if he knew what he was doing.yesterday my furnace went down.your company sent a tech daa11910.he went through my entire system and found 3 wires joined together to make one and was also the wrong gauge wire which was too small.im a grand master tech if my boss had seen what a butcher job was performed id been fired immediately.im our eyes this is unacceptable.splicing wires in like that and wrapping it with electrical tape is a fire hazard.not acceptableif we do decide to use your company again for our airconditioning it would be wise to send your own tech or I will kick the contractors off the property.the tech that was sent today was very informant and I watched his install this time.all in all your tech should of been the one to install the furnace in the first place.savaing a couple of dollars and sending contractors is only hurting your company name im giving you 5 stars only for the tech that was here today

    Central Air and Furnace

    My husband and I recently purchased a home and have been working to make some upgrades. Turns out we bought a lemon and have a number of unanticipated additional repairs such as our central air and furnace Jon Eagle was our salesperson and he went through all of our options and answered all of our questions. He was very flexible and made himself available to answer questions after the installation. Amir and Adam were our service technicians and they were amazing. They were excellent with my pets, showed me the different parts and were so efficient. Start to finish, Reliance provided excellent service. My husband and I are very satisfied with our experience and now have a comfortable home!

    a/c not working

    New furnace & a/c installed in March, by reliance. Turned a/c on Monday May 25th it did not work. Called for a service man at 5pm on Monday May 25th, was given a window 5-7 pm. No one called or showed up so at 9:30pm same day called in & was told someone would be here within the hour. No one called or showed up, waited up until 11pm. Next morning called again, service man would be here btw 7am-11am, no one showed up or called. At 11:30am called & was told btw 11:30 & 2, service man Les showed up at 2:30. Advised me that the a/c valves had not been opened & that the was unit unusable. Also, asked Les to check the thermostat & he could as he did not know how it worked!!!! Called & booked for another service call for the next day. Now day 3. At 7am Steve K #5630 phoned the house & showed up within 15mins. Checked out the unit & confirmed that the compressor was busted. Compressor arrived at the house Friday May 28th, install to be done June 1st btw 1-5pm. Not what we had hoped for when using Reliance, very, very disappointed & have lost a lot of faith. Steve did redeem the company, knew his stuff & was very helpful. Hoping the a/c gets fixed. However now our concern is will the unit be as good as new, as that's what we have paid for. The company needs more service men like Steve, who have a knowledge of the product the company sells, & who is also very good at customer service. He is the reason I have any faith left in Reliance.

    Home heating & Air conditioning

    On or about February 10, 2015, Dean Timpany, a Home Comfort Advisor with Reliance Home Comfort, contacted me to see if we could discuss the condition of my home heating and air conditioning. February 12, 2015, Dean arrived and took a look at my units and all looked good. However, Dean said that they may be operating well but at almost 18 years of use, they may not be the most efficient. After he showed me what the new units looked like and their operating costs, I agreed that mine should be replaced. Dean did not pressure me in any way. Realising the cost of energy going up it was my decision to replace my existing units. The men came in the following day, on time as asked, installed the units and left without a mess for me to clean up. Both units have been in operation since, and are working quieter and more efficiently than before. I would highly recommend Dean Timpany to talk to anyone regarding their heating and cooling needs. He puts the customers best interest first.

    furnace

    Needed a new furnace, they came in and installed it quickly and right away. Service was good and prompt. Discussed a payment plan, which was very helpful. However, there are issues with billing and its creating a lot of confusion.
