When Matt form Reliance came to my door in response to a service request, I almost closed the door on him. I had placed the service call the night before, after business hours and via internet, so I was not expecting such an immediate response.
Well, I am thankful I let him in because he was both professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem with my 12 year old furnace (broken heat exchange) and reminded me about having the required CO2 detectors for each floor in my home. Matt was knowledgeable and well-informed. What I really appreciated was his personal attention to my problem. In addition to the advice he gave me regarding furnace and system options and the numerous questions he answered during that service call, he went above and beyond. Namely, I texted him about six times that night after 10pm and he replied to each of those texts. On top of that, the next day was Good Friday and though I only texted twice, Matt took the time to assuage my concerns. Having had the furnace for 12 years, I never had to worry about it, but upon realizing that we needed a new one, I clearly had many concerns, financial and otherwise. Matt "had my back". He went out of his way to help me to find a furnace that was environmentally friendly, efficient, and affordable. Matt delivered professional, personal and prompt service and advice that I trusted, not to mention he was accessible and helpful...and my furnace is being installed right now!
