    Burlington water tank issue

    Hot water tank quiet working, Service technican came out and discovered the flame vapour sensor had kicked out due to smelling paint fumes from me painting the floor 24 hours earlier. Great service and very friendly service guy. Answered all my questions and very pleasant . Not like some service guys that always seem to have got up on the wrong side of the bed in the morning. It was winter time so he put on slipper covers before entering the house area. Not like Sears who were at the house one hour before that making a delivery. Brian #3705 was very helpful and great service !! Thank you Reliance.

    Furnace/Air Conditioner/Water tank

    As difficult as this house is, the workman managed everything very well. They were curtious and punctual and clean. Dave my sales rep was wonderful, and followed-up after completion. He went out of his way to make things work.

    Water Heater Repair

    I couldn't get any hot water from my taps. David from Reliance came over and checked out the heater then went right to work and explained the problem. He was very friendly and answered any questions we had while he worked. He fixed the problem by replacing a broken part and made sure that the heater worked properly before leaving. I thought he did an excellent job and I am satisfied with the results.

    hot water tank

    After 1 year of trying too get this changed a polite and energic mike t and alley k showed up when they said and done a great job If all the employes had their smarts it would be a great company.

    Furnace install

    Install was a mess. Came Home and basement was flooded. They forgot to turn on the pump. So I figured out that there was a tab that had to be pull and it fired right up. Cleaned up that mess. Only to notice the leak was back a few minutes later. They put a 3/8hose into a 1/2 hose with no adapter and very little tape to seal it up so it was leaking like crazy. Again I had to fix this. Called them to have them fix this issue. Next problem I encountered was it was warm.. to warm.. so i turned down the thermostat. Still temperature would not go down.. I turned it off.. still nothing. They left a jumper in and it bypassed the thermostat and kept the furnace just pumping out heat. The guy fixed it the same day he came to fix the water line thankfully. Third problem was their humidifier it was making a terrible grinding noise. The guy that fixed it said the wiring was done all wrong and kept the pulse jet on the humidifier shooting water even when not in use, and to have reliance come fix it. So I phoned them and never got called back for a service visit. The humidifier started making the noise again. The 4th service call in a week had the guy rewire the humidifier and to hope it didn't come back.

    water tank repair

    Call was made to Reliance Home Services, and the technician was there within approx. 1 1/2 hrs. Service rendered was excellent and repairs were completed installing new parts and our tank was operational in no time. Our thanks to Advisor Chad McDaid.

    Furnace, A/C & water heater

    Our furnace quit on one of the coldest nights of the year. It was a Friday at 5 pm when we discovered it and Reliance couldn't get anyone out until the next afternoon. Mark arrived and fixed it promptly but recommended that we talk to someone about replacing it. Zuzana visited us the next Friday evening and made recommendations to replace the furnace & air conditioner. The new components were installed the following Wednesday and all is now warm! While she was there, she noticed that our hot water heater was 10 years old and recommended that it be replaced at the same time. We agreed and are happy with everything! The only reason that I gave a 4 for satisfaction was because Reliance couldn't get anyone to fix our furnace until the next day. When we signed up for their service, we were told emergencies were guaranteed to be looked at within 4 hours. On a night where the expected low temperature was -28, I would think that that would constitute an emergency!

    Hot water tank

    We called Reliance and discussed our problem. We were promised a representative out before 5 pm and that our hot water tank was under warranty. About 45 minutes after we called about our leaking hot water tank, Chad McDaid came to our house. He checked, repaired and advised us within minutes about our hot water heater.. I was extremely pleased with the quick service, and advice provided.

    Furnace repair

    I would like to thank Greg and Chris for the quick and excellent work in repairing my furnace. From the time I called until the unit was functioning was 2 nights. This entailed a diagnostic and parts order by Greg and an installation and test by Chris within this time frame.

    Adjust gas hot water heater

    Dave S #1618 did a great job adjusting the valve on my hot water tank to give me hotter water and also explained other tank functions and even additional questions about mounting a humidifier on the furnace. A great job and a great guy.
