Hot water tank was not working and Gurmeet from reliance came and did awesome job. He changed the part and it started working. He was very friendly and good at doing his job very fast. I am very satisfied with the service provided.

Our hot water heater sprang a major leak when the cold water inlet let go on Saturday night. Although there were some communication issues with Reliance that required some phone calls and stern words, they eventually sent a technician to see what she could do. Thank you Amber F. for being a professional person and repairing the tank. Although she had been working for almost 11 hours on her own, she did a phenomenal job, with a smile on her face and when she left our home, she had to go on to the next home that needed her instead of her own home (I hope you eventually made it home!. Thank you for your dedication and good work. ( We received an apology from Reliance concerning the communication issues and were assured that our experience was not part of their policy).

Armond came to complete my yearly furnace inspection, I was very impressed by how awesome this experience was. He was fast, courteous and made sure to fix a problem that he saw with the furnace. I love how professional he was, he let me know exactly when he was coming by calling ahead, made sure to take off his snowy boots at the door and was all in all a pleasure to have in my home. I feel really secure that my furnace will be working just fine after the way that Armond took care of it. Top notch customer service through and through!

Reliance installers were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. Also very tidy. Thank you Tim Terpstra. I had a water heater and am glad I used the same company. Highly recommend them and I consider myself a person with high standards.

We discovered a puddle in our basement, which had been coming from he pipes of our water tank. We called Reliance Home Comfort and they sent over Sam. I have to say, this was the best encounter that I've had with the company; he was very professional and knowledgeable about the problem. Furthermore, he was sincerely dedicated to solving the issue and getting the task done. He demonstrated high care for his work and clearly communicated what we, as the home owners, needed to know about the situation. I can confidently say that because of Sam's hard work, we are back to enjoying our water! Thanks a lot Sam! :)

My furnace was making a lot of banging noise at 5.00 am. We contacted Reliance and they (Ron #0427) had the problem fixed by 4.00 that afternoon and also checked out my humidifier and recommended replacement of the filter. The service was very professional, quick and went over and above the call of duty. We have been Reliance fans for a long time and this just reminds you why.

Reliance put a lien on my house without my foreknowledge--consent is buried in their thick contract, I had no idea what I was really signing up for. Their salesman came and sat in our house, at our kitchen table, and told us all about the offer and what a benefit it would be to us to have newer appliances and central air -- he must have forgotten altogether to mention that part of this deal is that they would destroy our finances for a few years as well. When we called the salesman up months later (when we found out from our bank that we'd had a lien put on our house) the guy actually had the gall to DENY ANY KNOWLEDGE of liens being placed on peoples' homes. It's one thing to be duped, but then to deny it..?! What a terrible company!

Bryan Moran (#3705) arrived this morning to service our furnace. He called ahead of time and was courteous and polite. He advised us of the work he was doing and suggested helpful options to improve our comfort and safety, even for an appliance which wasn't part of the service. We have rented our furnace and AC for a number of years and they are always prompt and efficient.

The installer came right on time and put in our new hot water heater. He was thorough. We had been having problems with our furnace and spent extra time looking at that. He measured carbon monoxide levels and reassured us it was safe, although we definitely need a new furnace. We were so thankful for his extra help and kindness. His name was Brian. He was excellent!
