I had a furnace break down on one of the coldest night, called reliance at 7.30am they send Jason ( technician) to look at it at 9am. He found the part and had it working in 2 hrs . Great job ! Thank you Jason!

Jason # 1342 Provided excellent service. He deserves a 5 star! It's hard to trust companies, but when you have someone genuine like him at the forefront, you feel more confident in the services you are receiving.

My tankless system froze and we had no hot water not to mention water leak from the old system. Your agent (Zuzana Boyle) came to my house very quickly, was well versed in the product and explained everything that needed to be done in clear terms. She had an installer on site the next day, that is awesome. The installers were professional and left the space cleaner than when they found it. You have a really great crew there.

I closed the deal with Jason after he gave a very thorough and well informed presentation. He was professional, patient and polite. A credit to Reliance. The 2 installers Jeff and Dan worked very hard to complete the project. Both were well informed of their craft. They answered all the questions I asked in a pleasant, patient and well informed manner. They both presented Reliance in a very positive manner. No heat, one phone call at 6:15 am, tech Jason (1342) arrived at 7:20 am and by 8:00 am we had heat. Very punctual, friendly and professional. I would recommend Reliance Home Comfort to anyone and will continue to use the services that Reliance Home Comfort provides so well.

I would recommend Jeff 1023 and Dan 2097. They were truly professional and went the extra mile installing our furnace and air conditioner. It was -20 outside and we were truly impressed with there quality of work. They took us through the working process of the components and answered ALL our questions. They were knowledgeable. Service was very dissatisfying, they had someone on call and refused to call to get a replacement furnace to save money, ended up having to switch companies because of it.

i live in a cooperative housing unit and the hot water quit working on a saturday.On a cold Stormy winter day ,I called Reliance for a service technician to come take a look at it.The technician (DAA1620) Amber F. attended few hours later.She was very knowledgeable and had the problem diagnosed quickly .She recommended new parts be installed instead of just a quick cleaning that would just warrent a return visit.She picked up the parts that were readily availiable at a wearhouse near by.She completed the repair in no time and had the hot water working shortly after.Amber was very pleasent and provided great customer service.

It is the best experience I ever had in installing any home appliances. The installers, Scott M (2197) and Idris Salimi (2915), are very efficient, considerate, knowledgeable and polite. They keep the place clean, tidy up very nicely after work. I will definitely recommend Reliance to my friends, neighbors and relatives in the future.

Technician Adam L. was on time. He quickly found the problem and repair the water heater. He told us a part had to be order to ensure proper maintenance and what to do when the part was deliver. He was concern on keeping the floor clean where he walk.
