Matt M. was very friendly, efficient and did the work quickly. He also kept the walkway and work area clean from any dirt or debris while completing the work required.

My water heater was not working. Saleem Malik came from Reliance and fix the issue within no time. He has provide excellent service. He also fix the leak on the top of water heater.

The water softener was not heating. The service rep Phil came and assessed the problem and replaced burner. Phll- 0950 was extremely courteous and completed his work very efficiently, cleaned up and also made recommendations for water softener cleaning. I was very impressed with his customer service

Our furnace died a the beginning of February, on yet another freezing cold day and another snow storm on the way.We quickly received quotes and decided to install a new furnace and humidifier from Reliance. The furnace was installed the next day by Matt Brant and Nick. Matt and Nick arrived within the stated time frame and stayed longer that anticipated to ensure the job was done right. They were very courteous and professional, answered all my questions and explained how the new system works. They were respectful of being in someone else's home and cleaned everything up before leaving.Thanks Matt and Nick. I would definitely ask for them again.

Furnace was condemned on the coldest day of the year. Called Reliance and within three days, had new furnace installed. Fast and professional service provided by Matt A #2824 and Neil.

Dave #1618 was fantastic! Great attitude and lots of help. We called them when we came home to a cold house & no heat. He arrived within 2 hours, installed a new motor & belt and we had heat within an hour. YES! OH and he has a smile like Dom DeLouise!! (sp?) Thank you for the quick & painless service!

Despite having a dead furnace which made me feel like I was camping in my trailer during sub-zero temperatures, the early arrival of the installers, Abdel and Chris started the day off perfectly. They were very pleasant and professional, explaining what was going to happen and answering any questions I had. With a couple of minor setbacks, which was not their fault, they quickly removed my ancient clunker and installed a sweet little furnace and humidifier for me. They were very helpful in showing me how to work the thermostat and the features of the new furnace. Once complete they cleaned up their mess and my furnace room looks better than it did before they arrived. This was a very pleasant experience and I would happily recommend them to anyone needing their services. I look forward to seeing them again if my hot water heater goes next! :)

I recently moved and was unfamiliar with the furnace that I rent from Reliance. I was unable to turn on the heat so I called Reliance and within a few hours a technician (Grayson G.) was at my home. Grayson explained why the furnace was not working and instructed me on how to turn the valves during heating and cooling seasons. Grayson was pleasant and knowledgeable and I appreciated his patience answering my questions. I have never rented a furnace or A/C before (the approximate cost stated is actually the cost of renting the furnace, A/C and water heater per month) but this is a good example of how cost effective it can be to rent vs own.
