Called on short notice b/c our house have been very dry due to humidifier not working. Dave S. #1618 showed up and was FANTASTIC. I wish he was able to fix everything in my house. He was able to fix my problem and explain to me what i needed to do moving forward. he was extremely polite and was a pleasure to deal with. He is possibly one of the best advisors i have ever met.Our house is back to noraml ALL thanks to Dave S. if i ever have another issue i hope i am able to request Dave to come and fix it. CHEERS

I NOTICED MY WATER HEATER AS LEAKING. I CALLED RELAINCE TODAY AND THEY SENT WESLEY TO FIX MY LEAKING WATER HEATER. HE CAME WITHIN 1 HOUR AND EXPLAINED HOW/WHY THE LEAK OCCURRED

Two man crew arrived on time. James explained in detail what to expect during the installation process which was very helpful. Job was completed on time. Very happy with the experience as the workers were professional, polite and responsible. Installation cost was included in our monthly fee we were quoted prior to installation. Would highly recommend Reliance Home Comfort to anyone.

Excellent service. My water heater broke on a Sunday. They returned our call right away and made arrangment for a service tech to come out first thing Monday morning. He was on time and told us we needed a new water heater. He made all the arrangments and Tuesday morning the new water heater was installed in about an hour. The Installation guy was great. He put carpet down the stairs and took off his shoes. there was no mess to clean up. after he was finished he showed me what settings to use and explained how this water heater was superior to my last one. He showed me how to light the pilot light in case it ever goes out (which they do occasionally). Overall fast professional service no mess no fuss.

Dean did an amazing job explaining the advantages of changing our furnace and the work will be done in a couple days. We are also going to switch out our air conditioner.

The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable.I would recommend Jason Mitruk to anyone needing furnace or hot water tank repairs.I have been a customer of reliance for over 5 years and this is my first repair.

Tank less Water heaters are terrible. It takes forever to get hot water up stairs for a 4 level side split with hot tap full on. e.g.. finished shaving and still no hot water. Wasting water and causing unneeded stress just to get a little hot water to do dishes or wash your hands after you go to bathroom is not right.

Coldest day of the year and my furnace breaks down... Call Reliance and service is there in approx. 12 hours. - My furnace is unsafe to operate and I received a call from Rod within hours to come and get me a replacement! Rod was excellent explaining what we needed and unlike most sales people DIDN'T try to sell us the "Mercedes" of Furnaces.. but what we actually needed and would work best for our family. Thank you Rod Weins for restoring our faith in sales people! I would recommend him to ANYONE looking for a furnace or air conditioner!

My heater didn't work all of sudden at night. I called.. they answered right away.. The technician came early morning..very kind and quick..took 5 minutes.great service! Thanks Mr. Adam Walker

I came home to my home being 43 degrees as my furnace had stopped. I promptly called reliance who I've been with for years and was told that the problem would be resolved between 22 and 25 hours later! ! My home was so cold I could see my breath! ! I explained that I have an 18 month old daughter and need my furnace fixed as soon as possible. They said there was nothing they could do; all of their technicians were busy. Wow! !! I absolutely could not believe this was the response. I literally had nowhere to go and was concerned about my pipes freezing so called another company who were at my home in less than half an hour and had my furnace working. I sent an email asking for a response and provided my phone number and received an email a couple of days later stating that I should call them to discuss this issue. .. wow! ! No one attempted to call me... terrible customer service. I plan to end my services with reliance. A lot of money for nothing.
