My furnace was old, and it went on us - not to mention that we had someone install an AC several years ago who just basically hacked it into our furnace system. Reliance was there for us without question. Last Friday they came and service it because we had the care plan but told us we needed a new furnace. The technician said it could last the rest of the winter but likely not, we should plan on a new one. Today Amber F, Technician DAA1620, from Reliance came because the old furnace had conked out again. Even though I told her Reliance was installing a new one tomorrow, she still took the time to make try to get the old one running again so we would have heat. She was amazing - she listened to the furnace and knew exactly what the problem was. She was awesome. She fixed it within 10 minutes. She was also clean, friendly, and she was good to my dogs. She was great!
Also, the sales representative who came to show me what Reliance had to offer in terms of new furnaces for sale or rental was also excellent - Laura from the Sudbury Ontario office. She could explain everything in layman's terms, and she definitely knew what she was doing.
Reliance is No. 1 in Sales and Service. In Northern Ontario we need our heat - they take that seriously!
