    Furnace Service

    Our Furnace failed last night on one of the coldest nights of the year. We were part of the Reliance insurance program and called them and had service within 2 hours...our previous experience with another company was 48 hours. Frank and Sterg, the service people who arrived were two of the most professional people I have ever met! I have high standards because I am a Marketing guy and really look for great service. These guys surpassed my expectations! They went beyond on the call and advised me on some air conditioning tips....on the coldest night of winter...thanks guys...you renewed my hope that there are still companies that focus on excellent customer service! Thanks for keeping my family warm in these conditions. I have no hesitation to recommend Reliance!

    Gas Leak

    Had a gas leak at 3am Technician that came to our house from Reliance James was extremely helpful and efficient in resolving and diagnosing the issue. Customer Service agent on the phone was also very courteous . Both people we dealt with from Reliance were truly concerned that we were safe.I would never use another company

    Furnace,Air conditioner

    The team arrived promptly and reviewed the areas where work was to be done. They laid out sheeting to cover my floors from the door to the basement where the furnace was to be positioned. They removed all the old equipment and installed the new in approximately six hours. One was working outside on the air conditioner while the other was inside. They never stopped for a break and everything was spotless when they left. I would recommend them to anyone. We were very pleased with their work.

    a/c install

    Scott (2197), Idris (2915) and Bruce Norouzi, were very professional, turned out on time and finished all work with immense accuracy and professionalism. they were very helpful and were professionals in their work. i would recommend them to anyone. thanks

    Humidifier on Furnace

    I called Home Reliance Comfort about my humidifier that wasn't working properly, the problem was fixed in 2 hours from the time I called to when it was finished. That's what you call efficient and fast service !!

    New water heater installed

    Ron...Team Member #1582 came to my home to install a rental water heater. His expertise and professionalism was a real treat. He should be commended for a job well done! VERY IMPRESSIVE! It bodes well for your operation. R. JEFFREY.

    Furnance servicing

    Excellent service and quality work. Considering it was so cold I was surprised that the technician didn't have more trouble calls that day. It was good to get the servicing done.

    service

    Allo :) I just wish to share with you that one of your technician called Jason 1342, was at my home this morning due to a furnace mechanical breakdown. Those breakdowns always seem to happen on the coldest days of the year. Jason was extremely professional, prompt, efficient and unlike previous technicians, he stayed a little longer to make sure that the problem or problems were solved. I am confident that I won't have to call for your services again in an other month or so has he took the time to listen to me explaining him the pattern of events leading to several service calls in the past. His great experience giving him good intuition, enabled him to find and fix the source of the problematic. Thanks to you Reliance for this great employee :) and for this plan that offers me some peace of mind.

    Furnace Repair

    Coldest day of the season (Feb 13, 2015) and the funace decides to not work as it should. Thermostat set to 22 degrees, won't go over 19 degrees while it shows heat on, no heat is in fact coming out. I called Reliance Home Comfort around 4:50 PM and was delighted to hear that a service person would be able to come by before 8 PM the same night!!! That was unheard of, especially when it was so cold outside. The service person called and said he will be over in 25 minutes and showed up at my door at 5:54 PM... 1 HOUR FROM WHEN I CALLED!! I felt like give him a hug but just stuck to thanking him for showing up within an hour. He took his time and kept explaining me what he was doing. I had my valve replaced just in October and had a feeling it won't be the same problem again and was hoping it was nothing big. The furnace is only 12 years old so I didn't really think there was a chance that it would be condemned. Anyway, after spending a good 90 minutes on it, it turned out to be gunk stuck in one of the small hoses which drains the water out of the spinny unit... not sure what it's called. Meanwhile, he did other tests like poking a hole in the duct work and used his probe-camera to go in and make sure the furnace was okay... all was well and it has been working great all night! I'm so glad I signed up for the Heating & Cooling Protection Plan, the visit in October would've costed my at least 500 bucks and the one last night would've been around 200 so I'm laughing. Thank you Reliance and thank you Gabriel!

    sensor replacement on water heater

    Great service, I called to arrange a serve call and I was able to have someone come out the next day. They arrived when they said they would. Nice service man- Bruce M. Would definitely call for service again.
