    Hot Water Heater

    Had a New 60 Gallon Hot Water Heater installed by Paul F. from Reliance. He was very helpful in my decision making in choosing the right unit. He installed the complete system professionally and it works great! Now have all the hot water we need for the family!

    Furnace

    Was very satisfied with all aspects of my experience with purchasing my new furnace. Betty Burton our Home Comfort Advisor was very knowledgeable and was more than helpful not only leading up to the sale but also assisted us in any questions we had after the sale.

    Furnace Replacement

    Dan and Chris were great installers. Very receptive to customer concerns and innovative on how to install a new wall venting furnace as a replacement for an older roof venting furnace.

    Water heater repair

    Thank you Amber for getting right to the problem and having it fixed within minutes!!! Great service, helpful and knowledgable! After some nightmare service calls from other warrantied products it's nice to know reliance has good people on the job!

    Furnace

    The Tech was very helpful and found the problem very quickly and fixed it . The Tech (CBD0746) was very pleasant and thorough. Will ask for him if I have any other problem.

    Water heater replacement

    My water heater started to leak, after I called in technician Wes C. determined the water heater needs to be replaced. He replaced the water heater on the spot. I was very happy with Wes'es professionalism, attitude and quality of work. 10 starts for Wes. (overall rating reflects the my experience with the company)

    water heater leak

    I had a leak from my tank and reached Reliance to fix it. They send Gurmeet for the service.He came on time and very nice guy. He called me half hour before coming and found problem very fast and very professional. I am very happy with his work and recommend him for future service.

    Furnace ac and tankless

    Needed a new furnace, ac and water heater. Jayson Newton came to the house and showed me the best options for my layout and gave me quote. Decided on the full package. Jeff (1023)and Dan(2097) came to install the system in a clean and professional manner.

    heating and airconditioning replacement

    ok be forewarned.... when you purchase a furnace and air through reliance.. this is what their 100% satisfaction guarantee means..not what the sales person tells you that the units will pay for themselves in savings .( it does count if you save a total of 13 kw an average a year.. which works out to be about 15 bucks (hydro)... this variable also doesn't allow for consideration u have one less person living in the home... this is the savings of a brand new high efficiency furnace and air conditioning unit only) oh don't let me forget the average variable yearly temperature difference to be -1.5 degrees... that's why i haven't saved.)) lets get to gas.... the furnace is gas,used 11.82 units more then previous year.. however reviewing my bills it is seen that i used 37.27 more units of water..the reliance guy explained to me that's why my gas consumption is up they say because i used more water.. however my water consumption was higher in the summer for watering lawn and garden or dumping and refilling of hot tub. and husband filling pool rather then ordering the water truck, would be nice on water bill if they showed your hot water usage..lol.. the hose doesn't use hot water or any gas consumption... brand new water heater as well, let me add by reliance.. the fact they take my water usage into account is irrealevant... they have no idea if it was hot water resulting in increased gas usage or cold.. but it works as an excuse because i as a consumer cant provide proof so in a nutshell i used about 15 dollars more of kw hydro, but saved almost 5 bucks because it was on low time.. this was a result of my choices not the brand new furnace or air. installation... and 37.27 extra units of water.. this is he reason why i haven't seen signifigant savings as promised by the sales professional that came to our home and chose an appropriate units to replace our old ones... by installing at new furnace and air conditioning unit that at present payment installments to date have cost $2625.00 now the 100% satisfaction guarantee part they call back today.. if i am not satisfied they will remove the units free of charge.... ok but what is your company replacing it with you removed the units i had before..(oh ya that was free of charge as well0. and i get..... That's not our problem... if your not satisfied we will remove it..... lmfao are you kidding me so if you make the decision to replace your units on a promise to lower your monthly bills and save so you can better afford to put food on your table.. do not choose Reliance. the service i received installing was great.. however when a year later on reviewing differences it had made was zip... cost more and i have financing fee i am stuck with.. but they can remove and leave me with nothing... customer service and follow up sucks sales guy got his commission and reliance has me backed into a corner for payments that are not making a difference

    furnace maintenance

    Joe D'Onafrio & his partner did a very thorough cleaning and inspection of my furnace. He answered all my questions. His knowledge and experience in this field was impressive. So happy I switched from Direct energy! Keep up the great work.
