    Heating and A/C

    Reliance installed a new furnace and A/C last year at my home and I had an issue with the rebate. I called Reliance office and Sherri Woodman fixed the issue right away and emailed me same day, that is called service. Thank you

    Water Heater inspection

    Today Jason Mitruk attended my home to inspect the condition of my water heater. He was very friendly and thoroughly explained all of my options in regards to replacement of the unit.

    Furnace service

    Dave S. #1618 came to my home to service my furnace today. He arrived at the expected time, was very respectful of my home, put on his boot covers, and walked me through the workings of my furnace. He systematically ruled out the possible causes of the problem, and then removed the offending substance, cleaning up as he proceeded. He also checked other components that he thought may need to be addressed and found a problem with the humidifier, which he promptly corrected. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and humorous. Thank you, Dave!

    Water Heater Fix

    "Josh Wynne" from Reliance Home Comfort came to fix my low pressure hot water. I do not usually do review but I strongly feel that the excellent service that he did is really worth to do the review. He is very professional, with excellent work ethics and did a thorough check from inside out explaining a sincere and professional recommendation. He is truly impressive!

    Woke up to no hot water, called at 10am and a repairman was at my door by 1:30pm that afternoon to repair the tank. The job was done efficiently and cleanly. The repairman Andrew P Team member #2771 was fabulous.

    Tankless Hot Water Heater

    On Dec 1, 2014, I met with a sales rep in my home to discuss tankless hot water heaters. She wasn't sure about what direct venting options could be done and it was agreed that we should schedule a pre-installation meeting with the installer. I wanted to know where it was going to vent in relationship to my back yard. That appointment was set for Dec 4th, 2014 at 8am. Well, nobody came to my house at that time and no one communicated anything to me about it. I told my sales rep. She apologized. It turned out that the installer was dismissed from their employment on Dec 3rd but nobody bothered to tell me. The sales rep then said that someone from the installation company would be in touch to reschedule. On Dec 9th, she followed up with an email asking if I had been contacted yet to which I replied no. That was the last communication I had with the company until today, Feb 11th, 2015. I got my mail this afternoon and in it was a thank you card and a referral fridge magnet from my sales rep thanking me for becoming a Reliance Home Comfort customer. Here's the kicker .. I still have no tankless hot water heater and never became their customer. I was going to let it go but this was the straw that broke the camel's back so I decided to post here as invited to by Reliance Home Comfort

    water tank

    Our Reliance water tank was leaking - turned out there was a crack in the spigot and water was leaking through the insulation and out the bottom of the unit. Phil called in advance, was courteous, professional, answered all my questions about the unit and replaced the spigot. He was in and out in under 15 minutes!

    Furnace Tune up

    What a wonderful experience from the time I placed the call for service (yesterday - spoke with Kloe) to today!! The technican (James L. DAA2881) called prior to his arrival, did arrive in a timely manner. He was so polite and very, very pleasant to deal with. James dealt with the issue at hand and clearly explained what he would be doing. The price was more competitive than other companies. Reliance is very fortunate to have such an experienced and valuable employee! Thank you.

    FURNACE

    TOM FROM RELIANCE CAME TO MY HOME TO SHOW ME OPTIONS ON MY FURNACE. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL, HONEST, & VERY INFORMATIVE. I APPRECIATE THE GREAT ADVICE & WOULD RECOMMEND RELIANCE TO ANYONE!!! THANK YOU!!!!

    replacing old water heater

    The technician Matt was very professional, friendly, and reassuring. He easily got our new water heater into our basement, and got the old one out no problem. He was efficient and worked quickly, but did not rush the work or us. He was able to answer our questions. We also liked that he called before he arrived.
