    New Furnace and AC install

    We were looking to replace our old furnace and AC. Lina Alviar, home comfort specialist helped us decide on the best furnace and AC option for our home. She did not pressure us in any way and offered us a great price for both units. Lina also provided us with all the technical information as well as followed up right through the installation process in a professional and sincere way. Good installation is very important for a long lasting furnace and Peter and Marian did a great install for us. Also providing us with all the features and benefits of using a high efficiency furnace. We are very happy with the service provided by Reliance professionals thus far and I would be glad to recommend them to anyone looking for high quality products and services.

    Water Heater install

    Excellent install of a new water heater by Joe Petitti #2310. Very professional and knowledgeable. He called first to say he would be there in 10 minutes. Cleaned up before he left.

    Furnace Servicing

    My serviceman was Chris B. He was punctual, extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He was very efficient and completed the job quickly. I'm glad that we called reliance for our repair.

    replace waterheater

    Overall the technicians were excellent, knowledgeable and professional in their approach. The first technician diagnosed the problem accurately, showed up on time and provided additional suggestions on the water shut off valve for the installer of the new water heater could when in the house at not extra charge. The second technician showed up 2.5 hours late. He was to be there between 8am and 1pm. I had to call twice to customer service who both times were not as professional and helpful as they could be (definite sign of more training required as they were hesitant to go off script and answer common sense questions about the timing of installation and service provided). The first customer service person lack empathy on the plight of someone who is without warm water and needs a shower. She could provide no explanation on the overall process either than basic answers and only wanted to get her questions answered. The second time I called the Customers Service representative blew me off when I tried to get some indication of when the technician would show up. I called abut 30 minutes before the 1:00 o'clock time but again not empathy and just said he would call. On the third call, the customer service representative had to be pushed (now the technician was 2 hours late) before she would take action and follow up with the individual in the field to let me know where he was! I did get an answer but it would have spoke volumes had someone in the customer Service depart was given the authority to call the customer and let them know how late the technician was going to be. (I had received 3 confirmation e-mails which are great to receive, so I was expecting the same level of service from the customer service representative).

    Rental Water Heater

    Wow..what great service! I called Reliance at 1230pm and they asked me when I wanted the appt booked for. I said as soon as possible and was booked 1 to 5pm today! 2 hours later the technician Cindy called when enroute to our house. By 330pm I had hot water again! Amazing....quick and efficient service! Thank you Cindy and Reliance!!!!!

    Water Heater

    Our water heater broke down on Friday evening. Called RHC and they gave me option to get the technician in next 3 hours. I opted for next day service in the morning as we were leaving for a dinner party. Otto (RNT2602) came next morning and fixed the water heater promptly. Very friendly staff over the phone and knowledgeable technical staff in the field who know their job. Thanks Otto!

    Hot water tank

    January 12...The hot water tank is leaking. Reliance scheduled Wesley Lloyd came over to fix it quickly and he provided professional recommendations and excellent service. Thank you Wesley and Reliance.

    Full System

    Hi, my name is Jamie. I recently had a heating and cooling system installed from Reliance Home Comfort. I had a great experience with them through the entire process. My sales rep, Sean Hennessey was a great guy to deal with and he made me feel very comfortable through the process. The installers did a great job and they were fast and efficient. My house is so warm now and it's costing me less each month. I should have done this much sooner! Their slogan is" We're not comfortable until you are" and that is so true! Thanks Sean and Reliance!

    new furnace installed

    We were having an annual winter service call and found out that our furnace had a crack in it. The service man called Don and he arrived almost immediately....the service man had not even left yet. Don sat down with us and showed us our options and what we would save purchasing the furnace we purchased.The furnace we purchased was on sale and so we were very fortunate and grateful Don gave us this option and didn't try to sell us the furnace not on sale! He was very efficient and pleasant and the furnace installment date was put into place to happen almost immediately!! Before Don had even left, the home inspector gentleman arrived as Don had contacted him. The efficiency with which everything happened was absolutely amazing. We highly recommend Don and Reliance for any furnace needs. We are very pleased with our purchase. A few days later we realized that although the fan was set to run continuously, it wasn't. We called Don who contacted a service man who was at our door within 30 minutes of contacting Don. Incredible service!!
