My furnace broke down on the coldest night of the year, the technician joe D'Onofrio very knowledgeable and serviced the furnace with expertise. He had my furnace running perfectly in 1hr and got our furnace working quickly. He was so very pleasant and explained exactly what he did. Excellent service! Thank you !!

On January 10th 2015 I woke up to find that my furnace was not working and with the temperatures outside at -17 with a wind chill of -28 I immediately called Reliance for home service.They were here and furnace repaired in less than 2 hours. I would like to thank the tech. Jason #3172 for the prompt service and repair.

It's cold outside and our hot water heater,that supplies heat to the furnace, malfunctioned. Chad was very timely in arriving and repaired the problem. Chad was extremely efficient; pleasant to deal with; and great at explaining the issue. It's great to have heat again!!

We have a new condo. Have lived here almost 2 months. Water is pooling in drain pan beneath water heater and has done so since we moved in. The Service man unable to figure out why. He offered no solutions. He Left me a number to call if the problem continues. Serviceman Darren was polite and courteous. However he was unable to diagnose the problem. As of tonight the problem is continuing, in fact the water in the pan is higher. So I called for service to correct a problem. The problem is still there. No solution offered other than to phone back if problem persists. Therefore I assigned low marks. I expect the problem to be dealt with better next time. If the tank needs to be replaced so be it. That's why we pay the high monthly premium.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The young gentlemen helped my wife and I with installing a tankless water heater. My wife was always complaining that we were running out of hot water when she was to shower and that she wanted a bigger water tank. The HCA told us the benefits of a tankless water heater and we decided to have it installed. My wife and I couldn't be happier and definitely will be recommending! Thanks again!

My furnace always shuts off. Many repair men came but did not solve the problem. Stephen F. was the 3rd repair man to come to solve the problem. He took his time to find the problem and then fixed the problem with my furnace. Thank you Stephen F.

Richard Nicely # 1568 was great , he even did a carbon monoxide test and re adjusted the seating of the motor which was running hot. We chatted the whole time. I strongly recommend Richard. He was also the most honest. We had others in that recommended a new furnace in the summer when all we needed was a new motor, and then they did not install it correctly !

Called this morning for service on furnace, appointment given same afternoon, service tech (Robert) promptly on time, very professional and courteous, helpful and gave valuable information/recommendations, thoroughly verified furnace and heat recovery unit. Fabulous work!

My heater broke down in the early morning in the coldest day of the winter and Reliance was able to install a new one by the afternoon. I did not need to pay in full before work started, just rent the equipment (heater & A/C). Thank you Brendan Murray & his team for your prompt service.

We called Reliance to fix our furnace because the fan was stuck on low speed. Joe came right on time and spent over an hour figuring out what the problem was. He didn't try and sell us unnecessary things and was able to fix the problem without any additional parts. He was awesome and very professional, I would definitely use him in the future and will recommend him to anyone who needs his services.
