The Senior Technician (Adam Walker) arrived promptly within the time range stated. Adam was professional, and answered all my questions. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing, and resolved my issue to my satisfaction. I would hope that in the event I need another tech. in the future that Adam would be available. Patrick

We have been searching for a credible company to replace our Heating-Cooling & water heating system. Reliance home comfort has the best service out there. Purchased new furnace, AC and tankless water heater and was all installed within 24 hours. They are also returning my old tank back to direct energy and best of all 0 upfront costs. Idnis S (#2915) and Scott M (#2197) spent the whole day installing everything, making sure they took their time to have everything done correctly, neatly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them to everybody for installation services.

I had a visit from simply green home services making a pitch for renting me a furnace.I contacted reliance for what they were offering for comparison.Darius came to my home and explain Reliance furnace products,Reliance plan to me was the better plan. I went with a furnace rental plan from Reliance.Darius was most helpful also Charlie Chang and his partner who installed the furnace and water heater.

I got home at 5:30 pm Friday and there was no heat, it was 12 degrees inside the house. I called and Mike (Tech 750) came at 7:45 pm and stayed till 9:00 p.m to make sure my furnace was fixed. It was 20 years old and he had the parts needed to fix my old furnace. He was informative and diligent and explained everything to me.

I had a water tank pop a leak the contractors they sent were a joke and really did not know what they were doing.I had to call the next day again since I now had low water pressure and know hot water.This time the fella that came was actually from Reliance and guess what he had us up and running within a half hour.This rep was very good and I would like to say a big thank you to Robert employee number 1191019 for great courteous service.Please Reliance send only your reps to my residence and not some half fast contractor .You do get what you pay for.
