My furnace stopped working late Friday night. The call was placed to Reliance and the Advisor, Nick C. #1740 was at the house before 9:00 am. Very friendly and made a quick diagnosis. He got the furnace to function for me until repair part arrived on Monday. Very professional and took the time to explain the issue. The repair part arrived exactly as he instructed and the installation was made the same day. Top notch. Great service.

Our furnace was not working properly and I called Reliance at 11:30 at night and their technician Jesse arrived the following afternoon. Jesse was friendly and after he introduced himself went straight to work. Our furnace was working again after about 15 minutes. Jesse explained the problem to me and assured me that the furnace was working properly again. I have the Reliance protection plan and the service call was at no extra cost.Very happy with Jesse and Reliance, thank you.

The reliance tech, Raja, was friendly and helpful - he was the only tech from any company that was willing to go the extra mile to help me in a no hot water situation. My hotwater tank needed to be replaced, and the ventilation needed to be brought up to code in order to do so. The Raja worked extra hard to make sure this happened.

The repairman (Jason #1342) was excellent! He got to the root of the problem very quickly, fixed my furnace, and stayed there long enough to make sure it would continue working. My house was freezing, but thanks to his excellent work, and going above and beyond the call of duty, this man got my furnace up and running again and heat restored to my home. I was very grateful for this man's help, as he was not only very knowledgeable about my furnace, he was also a pleasure to talk to and clearly a very personable man. Thank you Reliance for sending me one of your best men for the job!

Barry and Kyle (team member # 930) installed a new furnace and air conditioning system. They were efficient, left a very clean work site and were very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Hot water (only) was brown and tasted off. Tank was 10+ years old but looked like new. Called Reliance expecting the runaround -but- they aplologized for the problem and set up an appointment for the next day. Technician Robert 1191019 arrived on time. He was polite, neat, and very professional! Quickly he inspected and diagnosed the problem. He explained the situation completely and arranged for a replacement. It was scheduled for 10am the next day so I could expedite by turning off the gas to cool down the water and drain the tank as per instructions fron Robert. Next day Installer John 1485 arrived on time. A seasoned professional, he laid out mats, put on work slippers, brought tools, and within 15 minutes had the tank out. I wish I could solder pipe so nicely. He explained the works to me - so

Got a new gas water heater installed. All professional workings and people were excellent. Love the new heater. They removed the old tank, cleaned up the area & gave me some ideas about the usage of more new found storage space. Great bunch of guys, co-ops included. I recalled them a few days later to ask about a valve situation & they sent out a repair man to explain to me the reasons about my particular complaint. Philip handled my problem in less time then I expected, with a full explanation of the valves use. Nice guy!!
