Good service, was quick to fix my furnace. Technician came by at around 6 pm. Jason was friendly and detailed throughout. Was helpful and made other recommendations in my best interest.

Three staff to thank for their outstanding customer service. Todd, Service Manager, Randy, Service Tech and Ryan for reinstalling the vent pipes. New furnace installed incorrectly by a different company, that went out of business. A nightmare for over a year finally resolved by the Reliance Team. Thanks

Our furnace was almost at the end of its 20 year life and we had to replace it. Reliance home comfort was the obvious choice. Brandon Murray, our home comfort advisor, made this worry some decison very easy and through his wise suggestions, we finally got our new high efficiency furnace. The crew that he sent was right on time and finished the job earlier than projected. The job itself was professionally handled. I highly recommend Brandon from Reliance home comfort. I had an excellent experience with Reliance Home Comfort. Hamid was very knowledgable about the equipment, which helped me make the right decision when choosing the furnace and water heater. Idris (Team Member #2915) and Scott (Team Member #2197) were the best. They were on time, installed my new furnace and water heater, explained how everything operated and cleaned up after the work was done. After a long day they were still smiling. Steve Hutchison was the technician. 1.) He was on site within an hour since I called, which is excellent I think. 2.) Knowledgeable he knew that the issue was and got started working on it right away! 3.) Smiled, friendly, approachable, and I was able to ask him couple of questions and was good at teaching me what to look out for in the future. 4.) Everyone at Reliance should strive for the level of service that Steve Hutchinson provided today.

Ray the technician who came to our house to fix our air conditioner was very knowledgeable and skillful in what he was doing. He showed us ways in which we could save money and save on energy. Betty, the sales rep, gave us the best option in accordance to our budget and home requirements. I have seen the difference in my electric and gas bills now. Both worked in a courteous, punctual and professional manner.

Amber came to our home to check on why our water heater temperature was hot then running cold when we should have had plenty of hot. She arrived on time stated,came in and did some diagnostics. Everything seemed to be working fine but she continued to ponder the problem and decided to replace a part that has been known to fail intermittenly. I was very impressed with the service James provided when he came to clean and maintain my furnace. He was very efficient and answered all of my questions as well as providing me with some tips. He showed up on time and didn't waste any time. I was very happy with the service I received.

This morning I had a service technician by the name of Alireza Fazlali do an annual update on my furnace. He did his work well; however, what impressed me the greatest was the outstanding customer service he served. I have never met such a sincere caring individual in the service field as this man. I would recommend Alireza to manage any large business in customer service. This technician is Reliance's greatest asset in being successful. Thank-you Ali for brightening my day.
