Andree was very efficient, courtious and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing and what needed repair in an understandable way. He left no mess and was very polite and kind. Great worker and great company! Our family is toasty warm again!

We had a water issue in our basement and Ken and Mark came over when they said they would ... installed new heater took old one out and were very professional and helpful ..Thanks guys ..it was a huge help at a very stressful time.

Ryan and Jordy showed up half and hour early and within 5 hours had furnace running cleaned up and out the door . Walked me through the furnace and all the new things for maintaining it . Very helpful and knowledgeable.

New furnace installed Nov. 14th, 2014 by Shane and Marcel, they were both very professional, made sure we understood how the thermostat worked and how to make changes if need be. They kept everthing cleaned and left the basement as they found it.

Josh and Alex were fantastic. No need to worry about them getting the job done on time. Great quality of work. Between the two of them, they really knew how to strike up a conversation and have a good time. They worked together to ensure that the work was done. It was almost like a bromance watching the two of them work. It was an awesome experience from Reliance and thanks to th e two gentlemen that came to the house bright and early in the morning, my house is getting warm.

My furnace stopped working twice over the last week and a lady by the name of Maurice came by to fix it from Reliance. She was incredibly helpful and kind. She knew exactly what needed to be done and fixed my furnace within minutes. In fact, she fixed what previous repairmen weren't able to do. I was very pleased and I'd gladly recommend her to others.

We needed to replace our Furnace and Air. Contacted Reliance and Darryl came to our house. He was very informative and answered my many questions. Installers were also very approachable and did a great job.

My gas furnace stopped running suddenly during recent extreme cold weather, I called late evening and Reliance sent a technician the next day. Although the technician arrived a bit late, but Adam is very professional and fixed the problem right way.

Hi everyone we got a water heater replaced this morning from Reliance. A very humble salesperson Tom visited us and gave us all the details we wanted to know about the water heater. He was really nice to answer all my questions n then coordinate with the installation team. I truly appreciate him for his prompt answers to my calls n for his concern for the installation. I also wish to mention about the installation crew Matt, Phil n Brandon Reliance contractor #RNTSA226 who made it a very good experience for me. They did the job quickly n professionally followed by a good clean up. Thanks Tom once again :)

The Reliance team Neil & Matt arrived just before 8AM extremely polite and professional. I have a 3 month old baby so I let them in and disappeared for a bit! They certainly dont need me supervising. I came back downstairs after a few and thought I was at the oscars, I love the red carpet treatment, definitely put a smile on my face. Really shows the attention to detail these guys bring to the job. I could hear them talk as they worked and the team atmosphere should be bottled, they look out for and help each other just impressive. Then Neil asked me if I had a vacuum so he could clean up some dust off the floors, what a treat!! :-) The install was quick a lot faster than I thought it would be and of course Neil then took the time to go over the manual, the new fancy thermostat with me and ensured that it's ok to call if we had questions. I must say customer service may not be dead in Canada after all. Thanks Neil and Matt and of course even the ones who came just to see how you guys were doing and I heard one offering to help nice. Great job Reliance - and shout out to Joel in sales he's a hoot!
