The final stage of the complete renovation/rebuild of our semi-detached home was the stuccoing of the side and back walls of the house. The stucco was to cover both the original brick construction and new wood-framed construction, in order to create a seamless look. The side wall is very long - about 70 feet, and there was only six feet of space between our house and our next door neighbours' (who were very concerned about disruption and potential damage). Jimmy of Toprock came highly recommended by the stucco material manufacturer; moreover, he provided us with the best quote. Jimmy and his crew arrived on the day he promised and thoroughly draped every square inch of both our neighbours' and our property to protect it. They then carefully erected scaffolding between our two homes, and began the process of applying the multiple layers of materials that the stucco manufacturer had specified. All throughout the process, Jimmy checked with us each day to make sure we were satisfied with the progress. His crew was careful, workmanlike, and was constantly cleaning up the site so that it was pristine when they left each evening - our neighbours had nothing to complain about. The finished job is excellent - we are extremely pleased - and the stucco manufacturer inspected it and gave us their warranty. We have nothing but good things to say about Toprock, Jimmy and his crew and would highly recommend them for any stucco job.
