    Quote for basement waterproofing

    AMAZING service! I was concerned with costs and amount of work to be done, They answered it efficiently and made us feel like we can do this sooner rather than later! they are still guiding us via email as to final plans! OMNI are truly the best!

    Foundation Crack repair

    Keith was excellent in coming over to review the issues, we had unfortunately uncovered some extra cracks, and he was quick to come by assess and give a quote for the work. The repair guy Dave was awesome, friendly and made sure the work was done, and wasn't upset at me for watching a bit how the process was done and answered my questions. Will for sure recommend Omni to all i know!

    Fixed basement wall

    We had a crack in the basement and the assistant used a special technique to not only fill the crack but go through the back of the wall to the floor install a drainage system so any future water flow would not come through our wall - it would drain down through the floor. That was about 5-6 years ago and we've never had a water problem since. They also recommended a flooring contractor to level our floor - Slab lifters - they lifted the basement floor to level it.

    Basement

    They showed up on time and only took 2 days to do the whole basement. There was no mess at all! Our basement has been dry ever since. I would highly recommend this company!

    Waterproofing part of basement

    We have a 60 year old house with a block foundation that was causing moisture and leakage in the basement. We have had no such problems since Omni came in. The reading on our dehumidifier instantly went down by 20%. Well done.

    Waterproofing basement

    Very pleased, went above and beyond what was required at no addition expense. Instead of wasted space I have another level in my home to use. My only regret is that I did not do this 20 years ago. My house smells so much better with no mold or mildew and is definitely better for my health. With all the rain this year I have had no problems when all my neighbors did ( 42.7 cm of rain in 24 hours ) The very best workers I have ever had in my home. Thank You Omni

    Basement waterproofing

    Son had Omni for a wall crack. Liked their work and had our basement waterproofed. A bit more expensive than other quotes but decided on Omni due to products advertised and the work promised. Work completed with great skill and professionalism but, because a drain pipe was old, it sprung a leak due to the hammering. Called Omni about this and the owner sent a crew the next day to fix the problem. Problem fixed, basement waterproofed and they have one very satisfied and happy customer.

    basement woater proofing

    We had an unfinished basement that was cold and damp - with minor leaks and drafts. we needed a waterproof solution. Someone else recommended them to us and they were friendly, organized, on-time and they fully explain all of our options and helped us make the best choices.

    from the first call to the free estimet

    i have to get my basement fixed ,big water problems . iv called a few places now . the only one i enjoyed talking to was omni basements .i have one place that hasent even called me back yet . wont name names . omni basements sent me a book about basements and a profile (with a pic of him )the man that was coming to see what could be done with . it was very educational .

    basement

    they were very helpful in diagnosing the water leakage problem and the steps that would have to be used to fix the problem. they were knowlegdable and gave several possible solutions.
