We were impressed by Omni Basement Systems because they provided significantly more detailed information about their products, services, and rational for their approach than the other companies we got quotes from. Alessio handles our project and was very helpful and easy to deal with throughout the process. The work was conducted on schedule and each day the crew arrived on time, was courteous, and kept the work area organised. They discovered that the footing of our foundation was not as far beneth the floor as expected and modified the plan accordingly, and kept us informed throughout the process. After several pretty rainy weeks since the installation there is no sign of moisture in our basement!

As helpful as they were, the most impressive was the crew that worked on our crawlspace. They took great care with our property, and delivered on a crawlspace I honestly did not think possible. I was very anxious getting a job of this importance and size done. But whole team from the offices to workers were very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions. They made arrangements for all permits and building inspections. They also worked hard to find me a way to get the most for my money. Having the workers come into my home didn't feel like letting strangers in. They were always very nice and showed me all the work they had done in the day. And had a genuine interest in making sure the job was done to absolute best. It was also done in a way that showed foresight in avoiding problems on structural placement when i look at finishing later on. I couldn't be happier with the work i had done.

We chose Omni upon recommendation from our neighbours, and we're so glad we did. We had 3 companies in to give us quotes, and could tell quite quickly that with basement waterproofing, you get what you pay for. Omni wasn't the cheapest quote, but we're confident they did the best job. We had a crack in our basement foundation that had been "repaired" numerous times by the previous owners. We wanted to fix the problem once and for all, before we started the process of finishing the basement. From start to finish, Omni were very professional and are clearly experts in their trade. We were more than satisfied with the job that Omni did and we feel confident that our water problems are behind us. We wholeheartedly recommend Omni to anyone.

When we moved into our 100+ year old home, we knew the ancient 2x4 they used as a support beam wasn’t to code. Not only that but half the joists didn’t even touch the beam. Calling Omni was the best decision, and a complete no-brainer. They installed a sleek steel I-beam across the basement, with precise post placement that not only exudes confidence in the structure, but also is out of way of obstruction. The result was better than I expected, and I have to thank the installers for that. All staff at Omni are knowledgeable and friendly, and want to ensure that you get the best result possible. If you have basement issues, they are absolutely the ones who you need to resolve the problem.
