    Install & vent new Dehumidifier, repair crawlspace liner, level flooring with jacks

    We moved into the Niagara area from the GTA and soon realized we needed work done to the "bones" of our home. After doing online research, we saw that Omni had very positive reviews. We called Omni and spoke with Jocelyn who provided us with great customer service throughout our project. Next, Pete came to our home & assessed and provided a plan of action that would require a dehumidifier vented into the basement, 4 jacks to support the floor joist below our crawlspace & to repair/seal the existing liner and to spray-foam the perimeter. Pete's knowledge was extensive and you could tell he just about has seen it all ! Finally, Daniel and his crew showed up as scheduled and got down to business. We were impressed with Daniel's skill-set and ability to explain each step of our 3 day project to us, all the while join his team in some challenging tasks. We very much appreciate how Daniel went above and beyond & made sure the work area was tidy and clean during and the end of the job. We would highly recommend Omni for anything "basementy"

    Sump Pump system replaced inside and out!

    Extremely pleased with the service I received with everyone I dealt with at Omni Basement Services. First, Ang from coordinating my meeting with Nick in Sales to Eric and Mike the installers, to Cindy in Finance. Very quick service, from meeting Nick, to installing within 2 days. Nick put my mind at ease, the old system was a mess, and a future disaster just waiting to happen. Eric and Mike were troopers with the coldest day yet this year -30, they were a pleasure to work with, efficient and left the work space cleaner than it was before they came. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Basement crack repair

    From the amazing customer service (Jocelyn and Cindy) to the actual repair we were so happy with Omni and honestly was the first name that popped in my head when we found the crack. Phill explained everything and the 2 men that came to do the fix (Cody and Marco) were so professional and kept the house so clean during the fix (not an easy task when you are cutting through concrete). Will definitely be recommending your services to anyone that I know that finds themselves in the same situation we ended up in.

    Sump pump

    Good advice was given, good service.I think the price was too high but I had no choice

    Great work, good people but paperwork glitches

    Excellent experience, but Omni did not seem to have a good understanding of how the permitting and inspection system works here in Niagara Falls. Anyway, we got that sorted out. I paid Omni's bill [a bit over $10,000] then went to the City of Niagara Falls to get reimbursed for their share [around $5,000] and found out that they want to have been invoiced directly by Omni. So now I am getting that sorted out. Omni could make things run smoother by keeping a file on each jurisdiction where they work, so that the inspections before and after the work are all done as required, and the reimbursement [if any] from the jurisdiction is handled smoothly.

    Basement reno

    Everyone was extremely helpful. Lou in sales was very knowledgeable and professional. The guys that completed the work on the basement were amazing, office staff was quick and on the ball. I was very happy with the service. Thank you.

    Crawl space upgrade

    Right from the 1st phone conversation with Hunter I was very impressed and comfortable with what the whole project entailed. The communication between the office, sales person and myself was constant and informative. The crew that did the job is top notch!!! Kind, friendly manner and they all explained what was happening and updating me with pictures that were taken. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this company

    Foundation Repair

    The project scope was challenging given the original construction and build of the home as well as the condition before construction took place but Omni Basement Systems exceeded all my expectations and leaving the foundation fixed and organized. Im very pleased with the top quality results and Im glad I went to them to fix the issues I had with my foundation. Id highly recommend their services!

    Dry basement as promised

    Omni had done extensive work waterproofing the basement for the previous owner. In spite of several massive storms over my 11 years in the house, the sump pumps have worked perfectly and my basement has remained dry. Equipment & maintenance are expensive but I highly recommend this company.

    Basement Waterproofing, Sump Pump, Dehumidifier

    Professional, competent, and friendly service. From first contact with customer service, to Lou B the project coordinator and the engineers, to the awesome tearout crew, to foreman Andrew and his installation crew, to Cindy and Jocelyn in accounting, the service was excellent. Lou was personable and knowledgeable about what the job required and took lots of time to explain everything without rushing me. Andrew and his crew were hard workers, a great team, considerate, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up afterwards. I felt very comfortable and secure with the Omni employees who were sent to my home, they all seemed like good people, so kudos to whomever does their hiring.
