I contacted Omni in June for a leaky basement. What we thought would be a easy fix turned out to be quite extensive. We needed structural supports since our basement is block, plus the waterproofing. They worked with us getting it all set up to have it fixed. The guys that worked here were professional hard working men. I’m amazed at what they accomplished in 5 days. From June 9th when Phil first came to July 30 when they finished the project. I am very happy with the time frame and the work. Did it cost more than we thought? Yes it certainly did, but well worth the money to see the finished product. I have even talked to a couple guys now that it’s done, they called to see how satisfied I am.

Absolutely fantastic service in repairing a basement crack. Everything was perfect and explained in detail. The price was right for the work done. The job was meticulously installed, not rushed. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to get them to do the work again and recommend them to anyone else. This is a top notch company and a quality installation.

The service team was clean, courteous, and professional. The work done to seal and insulate my crawl space and basement was outstanding. The system completely changed the environment inside my house. It is worth noting that the team was very aware of covid restrictions and made us feel comfortable with their level of awareness and protection.

I spoke to Pete and Omni about adding support in a crawl space. Pete did multiple visits and brought an engineer to confirm they could do the job. They developed a plan and it was approved by the lead engineer at the cost of 650+HST for the engineer alone. After paying the deposit (1266)and agreeing to the amount to be paid after completion (14000), the workers came a week later. After cutting out a 10’x3’ hole in the side of my house, I was told they could no longer do the job. So I now have a massive hole in the side of my house with absolutely no work done. On top of that, the siding was cut so poorly that I now have to replace most of the siding on that side of the house. I called Pete who was short and said he was just going to send his guys to another job. I was not told how to get my deposit back or even who to contact. Pete was only concerned that I now messed his schedule up and was upset at that. Furthermore, he told me they’re not “siding guys” and to get someone else to fix the problem. I had to make multiple calls and send multiple emails just to figure out how to get some of my deposit back as Pete stopped answering. My “refund” amounted to approximately 1/3 of my deposit. This was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had with anyone. I couldn’t imagine a less professional company and would NOT recommended this company to anyone

Right from the first call with the admin/scheduling team, our experience was fantastic. Professional, helpful, informed, respectful. Salesperson Alessio was knowledgeable, friendly and helped us make good choices. The structural engineer confirmed what was needed and why. The Team that did the work was on time, professional, when we hit a snag they were cheerful and suggested solutions. Team Lead Dustin was fantastic and his assistants worked seamlessly with him. Everyone was friendly and helpful, smart, knew their job and did it well. And the job site was clean at the end of the day. Perfect.

The work was done in two days. The scheduling west done precisely and on time. The workers were very professional and polite. They left the basement clean and free of any debris. We were very happy with the result. We will highly recommend Omni Basement services.

Nightmarish Dirt floor crawl space was completely overhauled and insulated. It is now clean, water proofed and sealed From insects and rodents. Very pleased with the quality of work and end result.

My experience with Omni from start to finish was professional and pleasant. Every step from quote to completion was well explained and executed with expertise. They even came sooner than scheduled and when you have a leak in your basement this is a bonus. Keith, Jocelyn, Eric and Gord were wonderful to work with. Omni installed a sump at each end of our basement and interior weeping system to prevent leaky mortar and ground water. They did a great job, I would highly recommend them without hesitation

Sagging floor above a crawlspace. David the sales persons was very professional and thorough, providing a project summary so I knew exactly what was being done and the cost. On the day of the job the installers took care to protect the existing floor and surrounding area inside the house. They went above and beyond to clear out the space prior to installing the jacks. After the work was done the fellas made sure I was aware that a technician could be available should I have any concerns. I also received a call afterwards to ensure I was happy with the work. I felt very supported throughout the entire process :)
