    Service call - bird-proofed a gap in 3rd storey soffit

    Excellent experience from office side to onsite work and followup. The tech was punctual and professional. He inspected the area, concluding no active nesting although evidence of bird activity. He suggested a solution costing $100 and would be done in 30 min. I verified up to date WCB coverage (many companies neglect this!). Whole visit was about 40 min. All in all, honest, knowledgeable and efficient service.

    Animals removal

    Randy came out checked everything around the house gave me the estimate and work that needed to be done. They came by every day to make sure stuff was going right.

    Rat removal from attic

    Triple A did an outstanding job to take care of our problem. All the staff we’re very helpful and courteous. Even after final payment was made, when it became evident there was still an issue, they stuck to it in till the job was done.

    Rodent prevention and control

    Dead Animal Removal

    There was a dead skunk in the backyard shed very close to the house! We called them in the morning and we were told that they would be able to get to it by mid-morning of the next day but if they could get there sooner they'd let me know. I got a call 4 hrs later saying that their technician would be there in 15 minutes. Instead of waiting until the next morning he decided to take a detour at the end of his day and get this taken care of for me! EXCELLENT and Thank You again.

    Home inspection

    Checked for rats and squirrels in home. None found and were kind enough to follow up the next day just to be safe. Very thorough and professional.

    Critters in the house

    Dan and AAA did a good job for us and were able to get Elvis to leave the building without harm.

    Skunk Removal

    Very thankful for Drew and his knowledge. He was very pleasent , informative and thorough. The cost of the removal took me back a bit, it was way higher than the initial quote do to the cost of the screen. I would suggest when people call that they be told about the additional costs.

    Removal of wildlife from roof area

    Removal of wildlife ( bats) from chimney area and sealed all exposed areas. Stuart was the technician, he was very knowledgeable, he was great at explaining what he was doing and he was always on time!
